killer footage. i renember the first time i heard this song, particularly the lead guitar. i thought "thats the sound i want my guitar to make forever"
Never got into biking or BMX. Except this video looks like Warren Miller inspired without the snow. Daredevil bikers without protective gear. One fall over handlebars say sayonara senor
C'est pour ça que j'aime la montagne, c'est pour cela que je kiffe le DH et que j'adore Fu Manchu !!! COMBINAISON PARFAITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Leo ;)
Have you ever heard someone humble-bragging about how 'amazing and eclectic' their music taste is, and thought to yourself, "Yeah, but you don't listen to Fu Manchu, do you?"
The perfect marriage of intensity- those ridiculous stunts...that driving wall of sound. The constant and painful desire to risk it all set to a soundtrack that spurs and dares all the while beckoning for more... This is entirely off the charts -just the way we love it. Shhhhh don't tell a soul.
Right now my TV was playing Red Bull Rampage and I was listening to Fu Manchu. Suddenly I look at the phone and I realize this footage. That's sick. It fits a lot with bike, dust and mud.
People think Fu Manchu and skating are best together.... mountain biking and Fu Manchu are something else. It is impossible to feel down with Fu Manchu and riding summits, taking falls, getting injured, etc. couldn't imagine anything better than this music to take you to new summits.
I don't care for bikes at all and this video was so fun to watch. Fu Manchu really goes along any extreme sport where adrenaline is a constant. Great job
"..I laughed.. when all them-? All of them cried.. I walked 3:16 away I only laughed, and me? I a m Alivre. All them fucks? Well I the one alive. They are the ones so silent, unmoving and Ggrave. 😐 #FuckTaasteMyVicariousMaadness
You might like Astroqueen. They only released one album though. I'm guessing you know Nebula too. The Machine has some songs that are kind of similar too. Maybe some Cowboys and Aliens. There isn't a band I know that has an entire discography of stuff like Fu Manchu though. Let me know if you find some.
@@spacecadet8843 check out a band out of europe called lowrider....a take-off fro kyuss...the band that started all this kind of desert stonner music..
I’m relatively new to FM. And I dig them their shit. I now I know where Rage Against The Machine sound comes from down to the riffs and the way of singing deliverance.
RATM and Fu Manchu have almost nothing in common, aside from both being formed in CA. Both are cool, but to suggest that Fu served as inspiration for RATM's sound is a big stretch. Rage's debut album was released 5 years before 'The Action is Go' and 2 years before Fu Manchu's first LP "No One Rides For Free" was released in 1994.
Holy Jesus. Fuzz and mountain biking combined in one video. Two of my favourite things

Never got into biking or BMX. Except this video looks like Warren Miller inspired without the snow. Daredevil bikers without protective gear. One fall over handlebars say sayonara senor
3:17 the sync on the drums with the high five is fantastic. This video rocks.

Those mountains look 10 times biggest with those riffs.
Have you ever heard someone humble-bragging about how 'amazing and eclectic' their music taste is, and thought to yourself,

We're not gatekeepers, but if one wishes to walk amongst the tall grasses, we offer the gift of Fu Manchu to open minds and ears.

Best outro in stoner rock in my opinion alongside Acid King's Busse Woods.
