April consumer report shows an increase in spending and income

New numbers from the Bureau of Economic Analysis show that in April consumer spending increased slightly by 0.2% and personal income also rose by 0.3%. Editor-in-Chief at Investopedia, Caleb Silver, breaks down the numbers.
