LOL! Those examples definitely differentiated 네요 and 는데요 for me. Never will I ever say to a new mother about her baby, "예쁜데요!"

Never say 아기가 예쁜데요... well... not in front of the mother at least lol!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO, FOR EXPLAINING THE NUANCES TO US IN DETAIL. WOW I'M SO THANKFUL.
Really, grammar comparison videos are exactly what I need because I sometimes don't know which grammar to choose between two similar ones and it makes me so frustrated while talking in Korean. Sadly, most of the Korean grammar books don't have such detailed explanations.

Next time I'm invited by Korean friends and eat food, I'll definitely say
    와, 너무 맛있네요!
(giving appreciation for the good food)
    instead of
    와, 너무 맛있는데요!
(being surprised the food is good)
Thank you for this video 👏 🙏 😅

와! ...이건 정말 중요한 다른 점인데요!!* 끼환 선생님 설명해 주셔서 감사해요^^
*(...note how I used "'-은데요' as I wasn't expecting them to have such an underlining different intention 😅 ...also did I use the '다른 점" form, instead of '차이', correctly here?)
