As a Norwegian, it's always hard to imagine not having a foyer/mudroom, but I think you've managed to fill the esseintial needs in a very esthetically pleasing way. I'd happily live there.

Just a few suggestions, put a real small oven and small full-size fridge. Maybe add a fireplace. Add wall of windows, if not possible add skylights; otherwise, this will be a dark and dingy home. Absolutely LOVE the outside.
