Expand the kitchen half way into the small bedroom and make that a laundry/storage room. Who wants the washer/dryer in the living room?

Love the glass doors in the dining room/ kitchen! But the living area is way too small.. I really like the floor plan.. l would maybe just make it a bit deeper to expand the front half.. The fridge needs to go against front wall on the end where the stove is, and the stove needs to be moved over to where the dishwasher is.. the dishwasher can go next to the sink

There are several features of this house that would not work for me. The absence of a place for coats at the entry. A poor location for the TV. A tiny pantry closet made possible only by having an unusually skinny refrigerator. Laundry machines in the garage. None of these make the house unlivable, but they are compromises that I would not accept if I were paying for a new home.

Although the garage dominates the facade ("garage with house attached"), it's an agreeable looking place. I like the recessed front door. The double living room is unusual, but I'd move the TV to the smaller front room and consider french doors between them. I'm not keen on having guests walk through the kitchen to get to the dining room. Otherwise, it's a functional plan.

Well a man designed this one sorry some great finishes yet no points on design- too mush wasted space outside and inside. Who wants Landry in the main hall as for every one to see

So, what is the square footage? Size DOES matter when you’re paying a contractor by square footage. Also, where is the fridge? And where on earth is the dryer venting to?

Of course more needs to be added to it. I’d move the breakfast bar back to accommodate a frig and extend the wall to cove the washer/driver.

No frig- the sliding door can’t open because there is a shelf next to washer

It has some nice features.

Great design. Just a suggestion. The laundry area under the stairs was a great touch, the wall next to it or the ceiling above couldve had some clothes drying/hanging rails and but it was perfect, eveything was taken into account, very functional and practical house design

This is horrible! The colour alone is a turn off. It’s cold, the interior is dark uninviting tank that is in need of upkeep. The whole thing is awful. And where is the oven? No thank you

Much like the traditional "shotgun" house. A very simple plan that should be less expensive to build. It could be a manufactured home that is brought to the site. I'd try to make the kitchen a U-shape for more counter and cabinet space, but otherwise it's OK.

I love foyers, but this one is overly large. I'd put the half bath there and let the room by the stairs be a laundry room/pantry. Upstairs, the master suite needs a bathroom more than a couch.

Lost me with laundry in the living room

This is a comfortable floor plan with a nicely pitched roof, a covered front porch and a back porch. The fireplace is a plus and the two bed two bath is roomy enough for up to three people.

I think extending the porch all the way back to end with the back wall would be better as well as moving the front wall to be in line with the outer porch edge. That way you get a bigger living room, can add a hall closet on the hall side of the dining room to house a side by side washer and dryer in a closet that is assessable from the hallway, and can extend part of the kitchen to house a fridge. You do sacrifice a lot of the front porch but it adds more interior space which is where most people will spend most of their time at home anyway.

I think it's great! Maybe swap out some of the matching furniture for some Lawn chairs or etc. Add another dustpan domer to the other side for down the road maintenance purposes and Looks. For sure an inground swimming pool in the near future!! 🤙🍻🌱😎

This is a traditional style house with provisions for stairs to a basement. I would be inclined to extend the kitchen to include more counter space, a pantry and a half bath.
