Санузлы без окна по-моему плохо. Лучше было пожертвовать одной спальней и перенести кладовку в центр дома, чтобы дать в санузлы естественное освещение. Экстерьер дома красивый

I love the outside look of the home with the stone and timbers in the porches roof , but the back exit could have used a nice covered porch with that same look! The inside of home I didn't care for at all!

First of all, I am confused about reactions. I look at these videos to get two things: floorplans and exterior ideas. I do not look at the furnishings nor decor items as these are just used to give a sense of how rooms would look with furniture in them. Flooring, wall treatments, cupboard colours, even design styles are all personal choices that a buyer puts into their own home. I look at this floorplan and think that it would be beautiful for the person who likes their kitchen hidden while they entertain. Because hubby and I grew up and have basically lived in houses that were all separate rooms, we are tired of living in boxes within boxes. Our perfect retirement house will have the public rooms all one space.

The general concept is good, but the social area : dinning/living room seem tight and seems that a dining table does not fit, there has to be one in case of guests or a formal meal.

Für die Anzahl der Betten ist eine Toilette zu wenig. Die Küche ist nicht sehr praktisch: Herd zu dicht am Bad und überdimensioniert. Das Haus ist eher ein Gästehaus als ein dauerhaftes Zuhause

Wow! This is stellar. The outside seating areas have plenty of room, and the porch adds extra space. The interior is bright and open. The ground floor bedroom with it's own bathroom is wonderful. The other downstairs bath is a treat. The loft is a good height for someone to be able to stand up with ease. Truly a delightful little house.

Downstairs. A lot of rooms which don't flow well. Didn't look upstairs.

I would add a double garage in the back and remove the cybertruck.
