    Thanks for this video. I’m in CT. Before the lockdown I was in therapy for ptsd and anxiety. I had to stop therapy during lockdown and took a new job. At first I was okay, but the last year has caused me so much anxiety and distress that I feel like I cannot continue without some time away to take care of myself. I work for a small company (30 employees) that is owner managed. No Human Resources. For the first four years of service he only allows us five pto days and five sick days per year. He only allowed five paid holidays which has now been increased to six. The work atmosphere is extremely toxic and stressful and I am finding that I am having issues getting through my day. I am completely burnt out. I had no idea that there is an option for me. Thank you.

    If you’re on FMLA for a spouse and not injury from your primary job, are you still allow to work ur part time job ?
