- Coach Jenni Orr of CrossFit Roots offers tips and drills for learning the toes-to-bar. Using an object between the feet, athletes can focus on a "tight body position to maximize your toes-to-bar," she says.

This is AWESOME! I now have a basis to work from
This is a great drill, however I find using a small towel or rag between the heels or toes is better, it forces a tighter shape than can be achieved with a ball that separates the feet.
