And she was a set up against the eventual winner last week (or was it the week before?). She's playing well on the grass so hopefully she can continue to see some success during the grass court season.
If she can fulfill her potential this young woman will present the greatest marketing opportunity maybe in the history of tennis. Her obvious beauty along with her background which includes multiple origins makes it a layup for investors coming forward. Yes I am very aware of what she has already been able to do endorsement wise based on her US Open run. But she has slowed down since then. She has to win and then the world will be whatever she wants it to be. Great girl with a really likeable personality also.
That's true. Naomi Osaka cashes in huge huge endorsements even more than Sharapova at her peak because she's won 5 Grand Slams at an early age and has appeal across all demographics. That's why she's the highest paid female athlete. Well at least back then not sure now.
@@wilfrieddegeest1644lmaooo you people. never can win a grand slam by a fluke or luck, and even if you could you can’t call her slam a fluke because she has barely been on tour.
@@aaron.y2k “you people” see a good player and very pretty girl and there you go😍 😀. Sakkari and Bencic were not yet top 20 and her main opponents. I call that a fluke.
Congratulations from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Emma. Ignore the detractors. You are a US Open Grand Slam winner, and that alone can never be taken from you. Now Wimbledon 😊😊
I like the word yeah, very British, so well spoken. She’s a great person. Love watching her play. Emma never take notice of people who are negative. You have brought a lot of joy with that great smile and play with some of those unbelievable shots you play.. Keep going our Champion. You’re a great example to our brilliant young people today.
Emma won’t win Wimbledon at this stage of her comeback. US Open and Aussie Open suit her better. In years to come maybe but she’s not a natural grass court player yet. In my humble opinion.
There's way too much hype around Raducanu & its not helpful. I like her, but she still hasnt won anything yet since her USO. Beating Pegula is not earth-shaking. She needs consistency; that's what brings titles.
RADDERS hasn't won anything yet (apart from being undefeated at USO) perhaps because she is at the beginning of her professional career. Many arecat the twilight stage and still have nothing to show for it, i.e jpeg who has never got past 1/4 finals after years of trying !!
Yes I agree my daughter does it and she has A levels its exasperating, however I would not take away Emma's ability to play tennis. Well done our Emma.
It's not too annoying. It's common in UK but Americans especially in Minnesota have a tendency to say yeah at the beginning and yeah at the end of a sentence to make a point.
Emma played a brilliant game, saved a match point, and turned the game around. Try giving credit when due, instead of your miserable negative comments@@heckleandjeckle624
Raducanu fans are worse than Swifties. Wow she beat a top ten player for the first time that blew match point and flopped. She so mediocre it hurts Seriously people get a grip
I am ecstatic that Emma won .Well deserved for a champion on the mend ❤
Oh yes, next match she's out.

The Raducanu show. Needs more drop shots in her repertoire
And acute angles. If she wants to beat the very best you gotta use angles.

The Grand Slam winning Emma that we know and love is back! Wimbledon or US Open Grand Slam is within reach.
“First EVER win over a top 10 player”.. in other words, the hype was never justified and winning the US Open was a fluke.

No she didnt Pegula blew a match point and a straight set win and flopped. Raducanu is still the most overrated player in tennis history Thats a fact
Good luck to your new TH-cam channel. Nice video. I just subscribed!

For yeas ,i felt this day ( abd bigger steps ) would come , class as she is ! So young so m strong wow , pain beaten !!
emma is so well spoken at age 19 up to now she is 21
Super Cute 😍
Emma is back. Wimbledon Grand Slam is a slam dunk.
Not so fast
0h pulease! Don't get carried away!
Can she overcome Rybakina?? She lost 6-1,6-1 last time they met, Emma winning Wimbers would be great, but just wishful thinking TBH.

Jess looked really tired to me.
Gets to keep the Porsche for a few more weeks I guess
shocking that she has not beat a top 10 player before
No not shocking at all Shes insanely overrated
Shocking that she lost to Daaha twice. The match was like mother & toddler playing in their backyard.
She’s faced the best top 10 players, that’s not shocking.

what other lady is shaking the earth? 10 wins in a row, no set loss. Ah Im sure you know the record =P
Good result, but I do wish that she wouldn't say 'yeah' in the middle of a sentence. It is not needed and seems to be a growing habit in the U.K.
