I've said a lot of bad things about Popper in these comment sections throughout Jim's tenure here. However, I have no problem giving credit when it's due. It was awesome to hear him switch up his usual line of questioning. He's a talented and passionate journalist who just happens to piss us off every now and then. Us diehard fans know for a fact that Jim is THE GUY, and it's only a matter of time before he leads the Chargers to the promise land. We have to keep supporting the man with all that he's doing for the organization. Lastly, huge shout out to all the bolt fans that have been electric rocking out Sofi the past few weeks!!! @skepticsinister Awesome to hear this brother!! Sports bring people together and its amazing that you and your son created that beautiful memory supporting our team. Jim and his staff have created this environment where the fans feel appreciated and valued. Not to mention the fact that Jim makes everyone who works for the team, players, coaches, the entire staff feel like family. You watch the post game locker room speeches and it's surprising to see just how much this group of grown men LOVE the guy!
On a side note, I find it funny how the national media isn't talking about this team more. I don't blame them because this team has always had talented players, but the real diehard fans know. The league is all finesse and flashy in 2024, but I can't wait till Coach Harbaugh makes them eat their b.s. "chargering" term with simple old fashioned hard nosed football.
