Is it impossible to make the modification non-lossable when the device is turned off in the future? Currently, the temporary solution is an option in GoldHen that keeps the modification running during sleep mode.
I can't wait to try this as I have has ZERO luck using a VM with Windows 10 installed. When the PS4 does get an IP address, I'll get stuck at "Heap Grooming" around 60 - 80%. I don't know if it's my VM setup or something else. Hopefully using a Pi yields better results.
@@vvorldnewsmedia The Raspberry Pi setup actually works great for me. Plus you get internet access without having to change your PS4's internet settings. Too bad the Raspberry Pi's network speed is quite slow.
It just took forever to load with my PC. Many hours pass without luck. It failed or PS4 crashed. Gonna try with Pi that I put it in same dust collecting box with my PS4. So I don't need to click run everytime. Just gonna press power button after it crashed.
So theoretically using pihole running on a 4b which is connected by a switch could also be used to run the exploit. The three files (run.sh, offsets.py, pppwn.py) and the install script (install.sh) can be used for this. Has anybody tried it yet?
Can you do a video on actually what to do if you get a raspberry pi from brand new? I can get one but don’t want to be stuck with it for no reason😅 also can someone list everything people would need

If using a Pi 4B, they do make a rather nice Retro Gaming Nes4Pi case for the thing, quite satisfying having a PS4 hooked up to a NES style box :)

Putty won't find my host name. What is another way I can get it work besides Putty?

You can just ssh into it, no need to use hdmi..
