As a semi twice main:NU UH your main needs a nerf never thought i would hate a rock more than this games pikachu but here we are.
Gonna drop a big tip that alot players dont realize which makes dealing with twice easy. DONT RUN! More specifically super armor completely ignores his gamma and attacks that have extended hurtobxes (momo's alpha and froppy's beta) beat out his gamma as well. The problem is it requires your enemy to stand their ground when a player's gut response is to run. Now characters without super armor usual have to do something specific such as Dabi's traps/gamma or endeavor/red bakugo, who has to time his beta throws. Again, I can't stress enough that running from twice is like a free buffet in the same way running from an endeavor is.
I saw someone say that the game need seperate balances between console and pc and I have never agreed with something so much

Agree with the existence of auto aim on console it drastically changes character dynamics. It won’t ever happen though the teams just way to small.

Compared to every other rope/tether type mobility deku, aizawa tsuyu and ochaco have they have to have a wall or floor to pull towards, twice can just throw his measuring tape into the void with no punishment
Think of his tape as a dash attack, ie kirishima's beta , they should just get rid of tracking and let it be a complete dash

The tricky part about Twice gamma is with tracking it’s way too consistent for free, but without tracking it’s close to useless (past it’s ok mobility) because the windup took so long before going in a straight line.
I guess they’d just have to remove the tracking and make the windup faster? Would also make it better for mobility which would be nice seeing as he is rapid

I main twice and he is definitely top tier. Most people are just bad with him. I've never seen another twice player know how to use him.
As someone who doesn't have a main, it feels like a case of where people hate a character that doesn't let you play the game. Compared to other top tiers who melt you instantly, twice is like death by 1000 cuts comparatively. Personally, I find him fine because his low dps makes it, so any mistakes he does lets me fight back because I'm a patient player. Versus a character like toga, for example who you make one mistake you just explode due to her beta.

Hey straw, I’m a day one twice player and I think that gamma tracking needs to be turned down. Sometimes it tracks onto people to my left or right that I can’t even see, it’s super oppressive on wake up when I don’t even need to guess what direction they’re gonna get up. I would be happy with some tracking of course, but it needs to be limited to where I’m actually looking
I just hate the Gamma’s tracking. That crap is like a homing missile and it’s way too aggressive. In certain situations there is no counter play to that gamma. It’s like Sui’s beta on steroids. And that’s not factoring in clones and the fact they can use all their abilities he’s super strong. I just want them to lower the tracking a bit, not no tracking but definitely not auto aiming like it is now.
Yeah when I played twice people would Juke me out and I'd gamma while they weren't even on my screen and get downs 😂
I've always wanted to get into a game with Stray but he always changes his name so I'd literally never know it was him 😭
It's caused by people hard focusing when your recognized in a match people will tend to ignore everyone else just to make your day worse especially when makeing videos
that and yomama's special was massively buffed, her loot is good NOW. always get team ups.

A good strategy with twice is when you are above an enemy (on a building or gamma up) use beta and as your clone kills them spam alphas. I call it twice bombing

My main issue with Twice is the fact that his gamma locks on to people and no other characters get that sort of treatment... His gimmick is copying people not lock on measuring tapes.

@@dayodaghoul6135 You can still easily miss with Lida's gamma. Meanwhile as Twice you just need to be in range and looking in the general direction of the person and the gamma will lock onto their chest. Plus Lida's gamma doesn't have 2 stages to it while Twice does. You get stunned when first hit with the measuring tape then stunned or knocked back again when they do the Gamma to Beta combo or whichever combo they see fit. On top of all that Twice doesn't knock people back he knocks them upwards so you get hit for over 120+ damage then barely get any distance for breathing room oh and because you didn't get knocked back but upwards instead he now has another easy lock on with his gamma cause you're literally 2 feet from him after you get back up.
The only issue I have with him is it takes practically 0 skill whatsoever to do well with him. Any good player/team can make him look busted and any decent player can still make him look good.

One thing I've noticed while playing Twice, sometimes his Gamma tracks too well. I know my aim is bad, but the first hit from Gamma hits allot more than my hits with his Alpha and sometimes the dash tracks even after the first hit misses. Although it's been a while since I've played Twice since i don't own him, maybe something changed?
Im here for twice tracking until they nerf iida’s tracking. Until that happens Twice is top dog and its open season on iida’s

I honestly don’t get the hate for the twice gama. It doesn’t do that much damage, it’s easier to dodge through than Ida’s kicks and less spammable and his only form of escape leaving him a sitting duck after he does it. On top of all of this you can counter it with any move that has knockback because it doesn’t have super armor. Like he’s not bad but compared to a lot of other characters he's mid.
I mean most of your gameplay here it’s not twice being insane it’s your opponents being dumb, turning their backs and running but not dodging. You see the Himiko at the start of round two show how easy it is to dodge where she runs but dodges away, it’s not like the fastest move on the world after all. Similarly around 1435 you have an Iida show exactly how to counter him offensively and if it hadn’t been for your Allie’s putting pressure on him he could have chased the kill. Twice is good but busted? Nah. Just the community again learning to adjust.
So I only play twice once a day for free tickets and I am trying to remember the last match I have not won with him he is that op. Everyone act like he is fine.m no he isn’t. Btw if you sneak behind someone alpha, gama, alpha, gama, beta does a lot of damage great way for instant kills if your not seen and in gama range.

Oh boy stay with me here, there are a few things that need changing, the main problem is they reverted back to season 1 aim, so all attacks auto lockon, so characters like twice toga and endevor absolutely Annihilate everyone. Or people like ochako when there going after someone or trying to get away it will pull you someone, causing your death. There are characters however that need to be nerfed, twice obviously and everyone says toga as well, but i say they need to nerf allmight, yes i get it hes the symbol, but still. I cant tell you how many times ive died to allmights stupid splash attacks and movement to rival a rapid. And i dont mean nerf his special like they recently did, im talking about damage reduction or get rid of the splash. They REALLY need to fix that lida Exploit as well. Damn near every lida uses it. And has anyone else run into a problem where a teammate just disconnects at the start of the game? Cause i refuse to believe everyone loads in and leaves off rip. But aside from everything and i know this cant be fixed, but for the love of all thats holy dont disconnect cause you go down because you thought your the #1 player in world. Cause my BIGGEST op is teammates, they either try to take on the whole lobby, call you out for being a horrible teammate and leave without ever saying they are in a fight or they see youre Reviving them and purposely leave. Or worse 2/3 decide where to land and theres always that last teammate that decides lets land on the box, and gets surprised when they go down. I know this has nothing to do with the video but i just wanted to state my personal opinion. (I await the flack im going to get for my opinions) Anyway, w video as always,cant wait for the next one.

when the char was released gamma was absolute trash as an attack, just was a movement ability, the buff literally made the move absolutely broken as a combo tool, they need to find a better balance for the char cause he is reaaaaally strong right now (and not complaining tho, i play him a lot cause its so fun to make so much combos out of that gamma)

I'm not a Twice main but I play him pretty often. My opinion in terms of balance for him right now is not bad, he is much better than his initial release when his damage was so low and his gamma was useless, he would often fail to finish targets and lose the chase run. His first buff was indeed an extreme increase of damage to his alpha, definitely to much. But as of right now, he is in the best spot compared to his initial release and that first alpha overbuff. I understand your frustration with the stun he does now in his gamma, it's normal to feel that way against any move that stuns. But I don't believe removing the tracking is the answer to fix that, he most certainly needs that tracking in his gamma or the move will miss 99.99% of the times used offensively. If anything the thing they can work on changing is the stun it does, they can make it so that the gamma doesnt unresonably interrupts the target(holds them in place) as soon as Twice does his gamma without even having hit the target yet. They can nerf that "stun" to make it more reasonable like only being able to interrupt the target once you actually touch them and not at the start of his gamma animation. Remove the tracking and the gamma will revert to initial release Twice and I don't believe that would be a good thing.
I think it needs fixing but without that he is. A play toy for toga, ida and all might. he has had all other skills nerft.

Yeah as much as I like twice the auto aim on the beta is a little bit to much and if you use your special action and the clone gets the down it should count as your ko not an assist and if clone does damage it goes toward you total damage in a match

Literally 3 games in a row and every single one, a single Twice player took out my team. Super unbalanced he is and anyone who plays him is equal to guard break cheesing on jump force 🌚
All he really needs nerfed is his gamma, and not by much. The instant unreactable melee ranged movement combo starter (yes that describes is gamma) should NOT flinch AND track targets. It's as strong as an lida beta against everything but hyperarmor, and if they have hyperarmor they likely have bad mobility. Got hit? Enjoy the 180 damage gamma melee beta combo. Used his beta? 140 with an alpha instead. Just remove the flinch and make the knife swing the combo starter.
His clones of his self ALSO need heavy nerfs, the aim on his clones are 100% acc. The damage and Acc needs to be nerf.

I'm glad someone else is pointing out how braindead and overpowered twice is. I literally complain about twice more frequently than infinite recipro iida and that shouldn't be possible. The cheaters feel better balanced.
