This beta lasted 34 seconds, Achieved 2 KO’s and technically dish out 1682 damage all by itself.
And he still had full ammo for it after all of that lmao

@@stunna4hubert846 Her knives tickle until you realize she has 18 of them at lvl 1. With aim assist that thing can really add up. Not counting how fast it's reload speed is and it's range. She doesn't have to enter a single fight if she doesn't want to. And yeah sure her gamma is worthless if it misses like any ability, but at lvl 9 that thing is doing an almost guaranteed 120 damage considering how strong the lock on becomes. Also add it how quick it can come up and I've seen Togas miss everything but down people using that. People spam beta cuz it's her best ability, not because the rest of her kit is worthless or weak. Also if she really wants she can use any ability in the game and surpass All for One since she can even take Plus Ultra quirks which he cannot. And essentially have a plus Ultra side quirk in emergency scenarios on the ready as a result. She has a lot going for her.
Oh and let's not forget that she can steal the blood if insa res characters and Dabi and essentially make herself or her team immortal. Better than the actual characters themselves since she doesn't get their cooldowns.

before even finishing the video, I think it's absurd how her beta charges quick after having two. And if she untransforms they instantly come back. The damage wouldn't be so bad if it was n't so damn spammy.
Hey Stray, after testing with a friend, I found out why you won one tie and lost the other, damage in the storm is dealt by end circle size, starting at 10 base damage and going up to 25 when no circle left. It can be decreased based on how many assaults are on your team, one Assault reduces damage by 1 per sec, 2 reduces by 2 and so on. Your Uraraka team had 2 assaults whereas your Shigaraki game had none versus an Assualt Deku and Denki, allowing you to win the Uraraka game but lose the red Shigaraki game.
Other notes: Damage reduction abilities apply to storm like Mt. Lady's gigantification and Kirishima's hardening
Toga is way more OP than twice her “Auto Aim Move” is her gamma it’s does too much damage and her infinite beta and then she can shoot anybody from across the map

I’ve been playing Toga allot more recently and yeah I think she’s almost easy to play but there’s definitely a skill gap between them all, her B is oppressive and works as a mobility tactic as well. It’s allot to talk about

yes, her special is genuinely op in the right hands. ive had a toga transform into my cementoss and res her teammate 7 times in a single fight. that shouldn't be possible. her beta is annoying but If she gets a cooldown or a gamma nerf idfc about the beta

@@detectiveplays thats what she did and that's why its busted. should have a cooldown after you de transform. and skill diff yeah read the first part of my comment again, but its really not hard to do at all I've done it and I have like 6 hrs as toga.

4:30 this is one of the things that make toga oppressive you use all mights alpha until you don't have ammo detransform steal his blood again and transform back into him as the enemy all mights alpha is still reloading

I've never had much trouble dealing with Toga. There are so many characters that can counter Toga beta spam, especially any character with hyper armor.
The characters I get killed by the most are probably sweaty Dekus, Bakugos, All Mights, and Endeavors. All ranged characters that can melt you once they reach level 9 on their alpha. They're far more dangerous.
I don't have trouble with any of those characters ☠️ I have more trouble with the chick who can infinitely run away and break almost all your shield with one beta
Unfortunately her beta doesn't exactly get countered by super armor cough kirishima physically can't use his alpha or beta only hsi gamma

Her Beta does need a nerf. very high damage, low cooldwon that even reloads during animation, virtually infinite in the right scenario (seriously, i dont know who was the genius that thought it was a good idea to increase the bullets of a move that never ends if you keep hitting with it), and its a incredible movility tool. but apparently she's the developers favorite char cause she only had buffs so far, never nerfed even her damage a little
To be honest thiers many reasons to nerf her but the simplest is her reload when she detransforms that is the biggest problem sense you can use everything transform as someone immediately detransform and get everything you just used back in under a second what they would need to do is make her reload timer continue even after she transformed as someone so then it gives you a reason to pick who you take blood from to stay as them for a bit and fight as them instead of just repeating the same process of beta gamma transform detransform repeat its not her damage that's makeing her busted it's the fact that everything is spamable and easy to use sense her beta and gamma have auto tracking some may say her beta doesn't....it does the auto lunge is the auto tracking, but yeah that's all just get rid of her instant reload on her detransform and she will be more easy to fight against
I swear everyone that complains about toga’s beta doesn’t know that it ends so fast when she doesn’t hurt anyone. It’s like a bloodlust mechanic where the more “blood” she takes the longer her beta goes. Plus if you wanna escape with her beta just hit someone in the beginning of her beta to get extra distance.
It doesn’t end fast, it ends like a normal ability should when you don’t got someone. Plus she can just grab blood or if she’s alrdy holding some once the beta ends she can transform then transform back anyways. It’s also a low reload speed anyways. Literally no downsides to her beta lmao.
Just make it so she can't infinite beta away from a fight, stop it from recharging while she's currently using one and it's fine.

I think they should lower the damage on all characters cuz I feel like everyone damage so crazy especially when they attack you together like u insta die type thing.
4 alpha, 4 beta, max gama, max beta, max alpha is what works best for me. Alpha 4 throws 4 daggers so your pretty well hit em for free.
If I was to nerf toga, I was slow down that alpha speed a little or return it how it was. Next her beta needs a nerf 100%, reduce to 1 charge since that shit can come back while she's using it an decrease the damage. Her gamma is mostly fine but I'll fix that stupid hit box that can hit you even around corners. Yes I hate Toga.

Beta increase the time needed to get your next one and reduced time when you hit someone reduces the damage also reduce the damage and gamma
Also I think the best change would be a heavy Cooldown nerf, a tracking nerf, a small nerf to it’s defensive/offense priority and a nerf to its turning would be better than just removing 1 bullet.
Her beta in game one started at 11:18 and ended at 11:52. A whole 34 seconds. They need to nerf Toga

You're damn right i want her nerfed, Beta should not be 100% tracking at close range & eating 99% of my shields. and possibly more when games become laggy af.
not to mention it lasts fooking forever if she does hit anything, and with vary short cooldowns she can simply run like a bitch 24/7.

i never understood why people wanted toga nerfed until like 2 days ago when I thought one who I'm pretty sure had the smoothest brain possible, they literally only used beta in the filan ring at the center of the map, it was mildly annoying because you can just roll it, but the circle got so small and she just never stopped and almost killed my team doing that I think her team healed her a few times, beta should defo have a set limit and not be extended by hitting people

One time a toga 2 v 1 my teammates by just using her beta they couldn't hit her with there attacks cause her beta made her hard to hit and it lasted forever it does so much damage and can combo easily for no reasons. ngl I was disgusted
season 1 toga was the best toga because transforming was incentivized and the beta wasnt braindead
There’s nothing new I can add, nerf beta. It’s honestly kinda sad because the type of togas that are rapidly switching characters are awesome to fight and really good, then you got another pressing right bumper and becoming a nightmare. Honestly I don’t care what specific change it is any more as long as it can’t carry like it does and encourages people to play the actual fun part of Toga
nerf gamma, you can spam that by using the special action thing and that shit does 120dmg on level 9, insane but pretty fun tho

I agree with Iida's infinite recipro needing to go but Toga does need a nerf too.
I know people that main a specific character never want them to have even a tiny nerf but it's too ridiculous to even try and say that she's balanced as she is.

The extra bullet and the increase damage on her 3rd slash makes her the most absurd, annoying and braindead character to deal with it and it rewards your enemy for that. Just like ochako's old beta it is literally charge to win dog. They either need to nerf the finisher DMG or take away her second bullet because right now she is a problem. The cooldown is already short like wtf
