Now I understand the faces of my dentists when I say I use electric toothbrush daily but present with a lot of tartar along the gum line - I never went near the gums with an electric toothbrush, because they bleed a lot. Now I know it's because I'm leaving all the bacteria behind so my gums are inflamed all the time...
Hello, in your video "How to brush your teeth the Dr Supa's way" you said that pushing batretia back into "pocket" is bad, but don't electric toothbrushes with rotating head do it?
Clinpro 5000 is pretty amazing. It is extra strength and also has a combination of calcium and phosphate to help remineralize teeth. Don't rinse after using for 30 mins, just expectorate.
I wonder this too. Do we draw the brush around, just like in the video? Or should we add any motion at all? I assume we don't, since the brush itself is providing the motions.
23 years of vrushing my own teths, i never knew about to brush the gum, i always done the top of the tooths. NO Wonder why i had to fix 20 lvl 3 holes in my teeths😤💀 thx you. Do i have to worry about brushing where i fixed my teeths?
Thank you so much for your kind and respectful explanation of how to use the electric toothbrush. 😊

Would using the round ebrush be the same as the oval shaped one?
What toothpastes do you recommend for prevention and reduce of decay?
any fluoride toothpaste should be fine. Just brush twice a day for 2 minutes each brush. Eat less sugary foods and floss. There thats it really.

What about the Quad pacer built into the electric toothbrush.
Apparently, you DO use 45° angle for vibrating toothbrushes
Do we still need to do a sweeping motion like demonstrated with a manual toothbrush?
