The World's Largest Cargo Helicopter Capable of Carrying Aircraft: Mil Mi 26

We examine the Mi26 in further detail.
According to NATO data, the largest transport helicopter in the world has the capacity to carry the most cargo.
To provide Aeroflot with a heavy-lift helicopter to aid in the exploitation of impoverished areas, this aircraft was built. Early in the 1970s, as soon as it became clear that the V-12 would not be able to carry out this function, it began to undergo development. The Mi-26 was the first commercially available helicopter with an eight-blade main lift rotor. It can keep flying even with one engine malfunctioning because of an engine load-sharing technology.
With its enormous size, it appears that the Mi-26's capabilities will continue to be used, particularly in the military field, where it has been used for years to transport military equipment to far-off locations, including personnel carriers and mobile ballistic missiles.

Observation: consider all of MI-26's numbers...with the well-engineered contingency of being able to sustain flight on one of it's two engines, theoretically, if cargo capacity is exchanged for fuel, MI-26 could fly nonstop transoceanic across the North Atlantic, Cork Ireland to St John's NFLD, app 2200 nautical miles, on a ferry flight.
Making it the only helicopter in the world capable of accomplishing this.

The King Stallion has a higher payload and lift capacity but might not be as "large in size". Plus the Chinook is superior.
