I recently finished a 6300 mile road trip around the western US and loved them! So comfortable and great breathability. They also look pretty cool to just wear into town or around the campsite when you remove your armor. No need to bring extra pants.

Okay, I NEED these. Been riding the Vidda pros as my all around riding (and not riding) pant for about 4 years now. Been waiting for something like this to come out for the moto market!

@@thepab3072 Haha. They are designed to accommodate knee guards or braces. Not sure why they just didn't sew an internal pocket for those of us that prefer a D30 option or similar. Everyone else does.

Hey Gino! Ash runs just about all of our gear in size Small / size 30.

Does this pant have an slide protection on asphalt?
Hey Killorbytes - The Schoeller brand fabric that makes up the body of the Woodsman Enduro Pant (ITB and OTB) scores very similarly in abrasion tests to 500d Cordura which is widely known for its durability in motorcycle garment applications. With that being said, The Woodsman Enduro Pant OTB is considered more of (or primarily) an off-road enduro-style riding pant.
If you want something more abrasion resistant we recommend checking out the Basilisk or Kiger pants!

Can these be used on road?
Hey Dean, the Woodsman is a technical softshell pant for enduro riding. That being said, it's designed with off-road riding in mind and does not provide the same level of abrasion protection as our Basilisk Pant. Hope this helps!
Thanks @@MoskoMoto , I have been searching for some dual sport pants that can be used to protect me on road as well as be light enough for the trails, in searching the forums it seems like a lot of others are in the same situation. Maybe a idea to explore. I know a few want integrated armour, some are happy with separate under armour. I personally like the layering system so it's easy to adjust to what suits. If you want a beta tester I'm sure I can help 😉

@MoskoMoto Your recommendation is to size up ?! Personally I found it to be completely opposite .
I usually wear everything in size 34 , but year ago I ordered Woodsman Woodlands OTB pant in size 32 and...they are perfect !
Not to loose and bulky, yet plenty of space for my POD knee braces, very stretchy material makes them very comfortobale to wear. Waist size is so adjustable that they easily could fit sizes 31 to 35 (being size 32 on the label).
I am 176cm tall and the lenght is perfect .
From my experience I would go size down or keep the same size you usually ware but...never size up !
How do you like the POD knee braces? I tore my LCL a year ago. Really dont wanna buy knee braces, but dont wanna tear my knees up MORE either... any advice is appreciated.@@lukmxtr9604
Why are they slung so low on the hips? The belt is directly across/over the bladder, and so low it would need to be tight to prevent downward creep. They may look good as a fashion item but for the price, a costly experiment if they’re not a practical fit the the older or slightly obese rider. Some riders have medical conditions also, we’re not all fitness fanatics and I would guess that represents the majority which provides access to a greater market share.

I suspect I'm like you and to get around this with suspenders/braces.

They look like low waist pants… not much protection
Our Woodsman ITB doesn't have any armor in them, but our new Woodsman IR OTB includes hip and knee armor along with being CE AA rated!
