I use speed as a way of my fighting style.
Advantages of speed:
Obviously fast
Can easily run away from an enemy at battle
Disadvantages:
Runs out of MD more quickly
I use speed to end my opponent more quickly

The thing about these guys is if they use 2 modes that you know drain alot all you have to do is stall time until there out of mode
I dont rely on speed. I rely on stuns. When I fight I dont lost often.
The match usually either ends in a tie or in my victory

I like using stuns, trips, and aoe moves. Weird combination but it usually works in my favor.

See people that do that spirit on blood line stack for more speed build i actually love fighting them. Because I get to test my combo on them. If u rlly wanna stop them from running use a long range genjutsu like satori,shindai,or raion ren and use something to drain their MD or just keep using genjutsu. They wanna run , so now they gotta put up with this genjutsu barrage
