I didn't do the side sesm,and I'm now on the arms. so I don't think I need to decrease at the beginning, but should I decrease after the elbows, so it will start getting smaller ?Then decrease by the wrist ? thanks a bunch. I think you're great !

+Val Goralski Yes I think you should, if you want the sleeves to gradually get narrower :)
