(3) Add vanilla essence and mix.
(4) Sift the cake flour and kataguri and mix them thoroughly.

(6) Make a dent in the heart with a spoon or the like.
(7) Put the strawberry jam from (1) there.
(8) Bake at 170 ° C for 12 minutes in a preheated oven.

食感が変わるだけだと思うのでグラニュー糖とかでも作れないことは無いと思います。
