How amazing you went back, easpically you remember the original menu & food while I was there! I haven't been there since I left 2014, menu looks similar but food seems like changed a lot... don't think the ribs are the same nor the street taco. 🙊 I even remember the chef who brought you the wings! Lol he is one of the original members from the beginning. Thank you for sharing this video it brought all the good memories! 🥰

Those enormous prawns look so good. Looks like they are fried in tempura batter which I absolutely love!! Wow!! I would really love to try those prawns!!!

The small shrimp are known as “Bay Shrimp”, commonly used in the inexpensive or the 99 cents shrimp cocktail once popular in Vegas! There are also “Bay Scallops” that are the smaller scallops the size of the tip of your finger!

Wish you hadn’t posted this since I’m definitely wanting that food now but have to wait for it to reopen. Looks fantastic as an all you can eat. I see this as the new model restaurant in Vegas with buffets going away because of the 🦠 and people not wanting to share food off a buffet
I've walked by Jayde Fuzion countless times at M Resort, but if I eat there, I usually eat at Studio B. Last summer, my friend and I literally walked into Jayde Fusion and were about to get the all-you-can-eat Sushi and Jayde Specialties, but then at the very last moment, she decided she wanted Anthony's Steak instead. But seeing this video makes me want to at least try Jayde Fuzion once to see how much I like it.

Hi Derek, you know I love your videos, and this was no exception. You always make me laugh somewhere in the video. I laughed twice watching this one. First when you were dipping the calamari and had so much trouble getting it out of the sauce, and then when you were eating the street tacos and just after you said 'messy' you had garnish going all over the place. Did you find out what the red stuff was? Pickled onion? Pickled cabbage? It looked nice as a garnish. It reminds me of the 'grass' you put in Easter baskets 😄 Great job as usual. Do you have any unreleased videos that we will see during this crazy time? Stay safe!
I've eaten at most of the places you review but not this one yet .looks really good. I basically watch to see the goofy expressions on your face lol. and on another note I think the wicked spoon is the best buffet
Derek *ALWAYS* gets VIP treatment!! He got amazing staff, amazing food, the Head Chef came out and brought the food himself, Ms. Seonkyoung Longest replied to the video- definitely the royal treatment!

The walnut shrimp is amazing. The garlic beef with asparagus is beef tenderloin used. Very tasty.
