FLOOK! We need to get more voices out on this. They want to take away Conqs superior block when he's exhausted. They are actually going to kill this character! We need more voices to tell the devs to pull their heads out of their asses!

No, the devs were saying they want to take away his superior block when he's oos so he can be "just as punishable". The devs are actually trying to kill the character I swear.
i have only mainef conq since the beta. i hope they dont.
not being able to have top blocks during a bash and no feinting is garbage enough
They nerfed his stamina after using full block they nerfed his superior block while exhausted they nerfed his zone attack range and they made revenge shieldbashes knockdown no more(i know it applies to any melee attack in game). They gave him lowest light attack damage slowest light attacks lowest not charged heavy attack damage his zone attack is dealing 10dmg on initial hit and 5dmg on every next hit. Most characters have very usefull zone attacks but not conq. Just look cent notcharged heavy deals 25dmg and is as fast or even faster than conq light attack which deals 12damage and conq's heavy deals 23damage not enough to finish someone with critical health. Only he cannot feint and if he does feint with fullblock he can only pull out guaranteed light attack and his stamina regeneration pauses for 5 seconds. Ubisoft is a bitch for him. But I still main Conqueror.

the Conqueror has always been the most fundamentally lacking character because the class is missing the two key things every other class has the ability to chain combos in cancel out unblockables also to continuously bring on an assault without having an obvious chop in-motion of the animations. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen brand new starting players that would say stuff like: "It's so obvious where you'll attack." all because the animations of this class are very poorly made and are extremely choppy and that's makes it very predictable on where this character will attack or move next.
the second thing is obvious this is the only character in the entire game that lacks inability everyone else has and that is the ability to feint attacks. (AKA Fake-out) that has always hurt the class in competitive play as to why Conqueror is never seen. what's what's worse is the player base you will have people playing higher tier characters such as Warlord Centurion Warden and they'll cry for 2 hours because I defeated them in a one-on-one duel 3 - 1 4 out of 5 times. despite the Drastic difference in our characters tier.
1.) I have made this class since the very beginning and studied the characters moveset and abilities to the Core.
2.) not only am I maxed out with the character completely but even after that I took the time to go to training mode in find out little-known tips that next to No One found out and utilized every tiny little Advantage I could get to have the upper hand in battle.
I cannot even begin to explain how many times I was reported for "cheating" simply because I was able to beat higher tier class with a fundamentally lacking class. but it gets even worse as time went on. the Conqueror was nerfed into Oblivion to the point where the only strong-suit now is defense. the character is a Heavy-type (tank if you may) in video games whenever a character is defined as a tank they are supposed to be the ones who can take and dish out damage effectively because that is their specialty they are the ones that are supposed to be on the front line pushing others back and helping the team to make their way through their objective.
but what if I told you that this class is not only the weakest out of the heavies but is in a weird mix between trying to be a lightweight but at the same time trying to be a tank and be powerful the same time? exactly that sounds pointless and ineffective and that's exactly what this class is. it tries to be one thing but it's actually the other. this character from the beginning was always around the average mark and I seriously think that next to no reason to destroy the class in the way they did and with all of these changes to the defensive meta this will only worsen things this character will become completely useless. but unlike most players I never once complained or blamed tiers (until now ofcourse)
this is my favorite class in the game and I will play them regardless because I like there design weapon choice and fighting style in all. and I take pride in the fact that I took the time to dedicate my skills to a class that is not as effective as others and maxed out the Conqueror completely.

So you said you know all of Conq's hidden tricks, but you still said he couldn't faint... Do you know about his ability to full-shield in between an attack? If you guard downwards after starting an attack, you'll stop the attack and pull up your shield. It works exactly like a faint, except it's better for two reasons:
1) It's unique to him and *_NO ONE. EVER. SEES IT COMING._* Also unlike faints, there's no delay between raising your shield and doing something else. You know what I'm talking about? That ghost effect of the faint that briefly disables you? Not the Conq though.
2) The timing of when you pull up the shield works as a "perfect faint." What I mean by this is that, when someone else faints, the attack hasn't actually happened. So someone patient can wait until after the point where you can't actually faint anymore & then punish you for it. The Conqueror's "Pseudo-faint" will stop your attack EXACTLY BEFORE IT ACTUALLY WOULD HIT. Meaning, if someone tries to parry your heavy, but you're holding down on the guard, they would be trapped into a heavy, as there'd be no attack to parry. And they wouldn't react fast enough to faint it because, like I said, *_NOBODY EVER EXPECTS IT._*
