And since you are given a 6-month notification to submit POF for PNP, work permit /PR, can one start putting the money inside the bank account after the notification? You are to submit your 6 months pay slip. Yes add money, where there's a lump sum you have explained how the money came.

Ielts should be later, but if you're opportune to do now, yes you can.
Band 5 is required for the PR
