DQ200s have issues. there’s just no denying it. if the ones your looking at doesn’t have clutch or mech unit issues, it will. they all do at some point. best thing you can do is throw Harding Performance’s DQ200 DSG tune on it and hope it makes the gearbox last longer

Have the same clutch issue on mine with a stage 1 remap with a scorpion catback but you can’t beat the dsg farts, unreal

much easier in a manual. turn off the TCS and hold the clutch while in neutral

they’re amazing cars! and when the gearbox does behave they do work great. just expect the worse and you won’t be dissatisfied
