YOOOOOOOO I just passed like 2 hours ago! Your videos helped me SO MUCH thank you!!! Don’t over think it n study before! I didn’t have any math on my test. Only vocab , reading comprehension, and grammar
You know what's funny I planned to vlog about my first nursing semester and before I knew it the first half semester was over. Just like everyone else I follow online they say "I'll be vlogging about this" and then you hardly see any updates from them..nursing school really does keep you so busy!
Not every single one. Basically- I started making lists when I did practice material and got a word/question wrong. So then those words became my own study list. A lot of those are here, but I also tried to include others. Vocab section is basically a volume thing. You're trying to remember as many definitions as possible. There is a hesi published list as well but I've heard it is really incomplete and is just a small sample.
@@NursingConnection Thank you so much for your rapid response and useful advice means a lot! i was using these as a little study guide. i got the books and other stuff been trying to study 👍🏻👍🏻
@@antoninogaudino you're welcome! I remember one word in particular that I did not know (and it showed up on my exam). "Helicon". Yeah. That's a real word. Lol..it's a musical instrument I believe. So they are getting a little fancy at times! But overall, I felt that my test wasn't too bad. I was not expecting to see anatomy terms show up in vocab. Fortunately they were mostly the basic ones which I generally remembered! inferior, posterior, dorsal, ventral, lateral etc
I will! I've been trying to find a way to write on the screen for the video because I really need that to do math. I can tell you my test was heavy heavy heavy on fractions. I studied way too much conversions. You need the basic stuff. I was literally memorizing how many teaspoons on a gallon etc and it was a waste of time.
Yes- I used a combination of nursehub, math dude (on TH-cam), and I used Quizlets when I had some down time I would search “HESI quizlet” and practice from other people’s flashcards. I also watched every TH-cam video I could find! 😁
Thank you! I am super excited, because I just got accepted into the nursing program I applied to TODAY!! 🥰🥰 My hesi scores were 94 math, 94 reading, 96 vocab and 98 grammar.
Lots of conversions and ratios on my hesi. Basic algebra. There were some tricky word questions, I felt a few were just poorly worded...oh and adding, subtracting multiplying fractions and decimals. Practice questions are the way to go. In nursing school it's the same thing 😂 I'm trying to do as many practice questions as possible

Can you please do a math video
