1. What is the current time period for COS issuance if we are switching between fintech companies within UK.
2. Is the process and timeline similar to applying for a new skilled worker VISA or different when switching like this within UK?

1. If your prospective employer already has an allocation, then they can assign it to you immediately, however, if they apply for an Undefined CoS, standard processing time is upto 18 weeks, there is priority service for £200 processing in 5 working days, however, there are only 60 slots per day and it is difficult to get a slot. You or your prospective employer can take the help of an Immigration lawyer to get either priority slot or to file application pending CoS.
2. It is exactly similar to a new application filed inside UK

Your Ecctis(previously NARIC) will be assessed on the basis of your Degree, so when you did your 10th Standard does not matter and you can meet the English language requirement for a skilled worker if you get the Ecctis confirmation of the degree being taught in English and at least UK degree level

Please when an organisation have a Sponsor Licence, does it mean it can employ any skilled worker in the Shortage Occupation List? E.g Heakthcare, Chef etc. Thanks.

Not every organisation can hire for any job code, for example, to hire a Healthcare worker the company should be registered with the CQC, etc., to hire a chef, the company should be in food business and have the required licences to sell food, etc.

A 2nd question pls: can a cancelled certificate of Sponsorship be reissued back to the same person?

1. A withdrawn certificate cannot be reused, but 2. if you have just done a reporting through the Sponsor Management System, and it has not been acted upon by the UKVI, then the notification can be withdrawn.
