Yukes with all the machinery. When i was a kid in iran, they would hand role it, spread it, put holes in it and placed into open fire tanoor by hand. So many hamds would touch the bread before it was sold.

😮Interesting video. But when I see the machines where the side panels are missing and the gears and chains are open. Something like that would not be possible with us. Occupational safety must be guaranteed. How quickly someone can put their hand in there. So cover assembling is better than working without fingers. It's just a well-intentioned tip from me.
