Gerald stone coated is the latest now,its 6300 naira per square meter. 3 bedroom will be roughly 250sq.meter . Thta will cost about 2.3m plus woods (roughly 850k) parapet (roughly 1m) total cost including labor will be around 4.3m....i am talking from my own roofing experience as at today 30th Dec 2024.
Did anyone see the way they nail down the aluminum sheets? The indentation on the sheets at the point of nailing alone can cause leakage…I maybe wrong but that’s how it looks to me though I stand to be corrected by the professionals.
Your observation is accurate; however, water typically flows through the ridges on the roofing sheets, not through the nail holes. Additionally, the nails are equipped with nail caps that prevent water infiltration through the holes. Engineers in the house please help us oo 😂😂
