How would you breakdown elo learning phases from beginner to 2k, and how much time would you dedicate for opening, mid, endgame, puzzles, and theory per day and what specifically would you focus on theory wise in these stages?
im around 250 but i dont know end game for shit and I can hold down a 800 bot game up until about six or so pieces left idk how to say what I have problems with exactly. also cant determine who has better position, just know basics like "their pieces are in horribly spots" and " I have a huge advantage because I am up 15 pts" or whatever haha
I don’t know if you got stuck between the range of 1600 and 1900 online elo, but it happens to a lot of chess players included me. It would be nice and very useful if you might make a video on this topic, giving us some specific advices for this elo range
okay! I will. And i did not really get stuck at 1600, but more at 1900. Now im kind of stuck at 2000, but its more because i dont really train as much as before, school and all this stuff. But i got my peak recently (2085)
i would recommend u to not play it, cause u get ur queen out early and have to know how to play it. U could play something like e4 and just go with that. Or the french, but u have to learn how to play it. I started with the french. at beginner level they will mostly take or push, and its gonna be okay.
yeah, i mean is queen would be out for 1 move except if he play e4 d5 exd5 nf6 wich i really dont reccomend (for beginner) cause u have to know how to deal with c4 and all this stuff.
I dont think it harder. 0 player have a 3000 chess.com rapid elo but some got in blitz. Plus, the transition to over the board is way better with blitz. The main raison why rapid player struggle with blitz is because they dont take it seriously (atleast for me lol) I play blitz when im full party mode with music and im dancing while playing😂😂and still got like 1700 Thats most of my blitz game. i have played some on stream with my new computer and did like 20 missclick😂 cause i play on ipad when im not on stream.
Hello! First i would like to ask if u play rapid. If not, u shoud probably consider playing more rapid game than blitz. After that, at 500 level, u should just focus on ur puzzle. Tactics puzzle. U can do them for free on lichess. lichess.org/training/themes. And, btw, im gonna do some live where i will analyse my subscriber game, and give tips based on that. If u want to be part of that, subscribe and im gonna do my best to help u! Also, u shoud maybe watch this video th-cam.com/video/Mt5ctATYYew/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NVc20KiYklzo6j-E its about different checkmate pattern. Cause u cant win without that! If its not clear, i could explain it in an other way in my live! Thx for watching
honestly you don't need anything special just play moves the look good, avoid blundering and punish the opponents blunders. if they don't blunder at least once a game there is no way that their playing strength is sub-500
Thank you man I stopped playing for a month or so and I'm 1600 right now and I want all the advice I can get. Thank you.
Glad that i can help!
great vid. i'm currently 1900 and i can vouch that the advise given in the video is valid
In last 4 months i went from 0 to 1400 and soon i will be 2000 thx for your advices,
Thats incredible! Keep up!
i went form 0 to 2000 in a little over half a year by spamming blitz every day and never studying
yeah, but blitz and rapid are not the same thing. Its not comparable

Thats actually a good subject. I could maybe so a video about this, breaking it down per level.

@@SlinkyChessyes, I'm stuck at 1900 as well. Would love to know how you broke past 1900 to hit 2000.

Is the Scandinavian 3...Qd8 good for a chess beginner?

@@SlinkyChesshe said 3…Qd8 so his queen would not be out. However I agree the Scandinavian is not a good opening at any elo imo

@@SlinkyChess I've asked about the 1. e4, d5 2. e×d5, Q×d5 3. Nc3, Qd8 variation of the Scandinavian
@@DhrjMakj I see. But i dont reccomend the scandinavian in general for beginner
2000 blitz is a lot harder than 2000 rapid. Go for that next!
