    I do this workout every night, in conjunction with her other workouts during the day. I have lost 20lbs so far (6 weeks) and going strong. Thank you Keaira for giving me the tools I needed to change my life all while having fun and learning some new moves!:) God Bless

      I am now down 50lbs since starting these workouts! They really work you guys! Just be consistent, eat right, and DONT GIVE UP!!! Good luck!!!

    I did this workout 3-4 days per week for 7 weeks and lost 14 pounds which I've managed to keep off even after falling off on the workouts for months. This is HIIT and it is the most effective way to lose weight fast, while keeping muscle. Thank you so much Keaira and Brina. Y'all are so encouraging. And I love the way you pump us up and motivate us during the workout. "Punch all that stress out...."Don't give uppppp... 😂

      Sorry for the late reply but yessssss. Only this one and I did it 4-5 days a week. First two weeks 3 days then you get used to it and it becomes easier to finish but it never gets easy to do. I highly encourage it. I'm going to alternate now and hit the gym 2-3 days and do this as well. Feel like the weights will speed up the process. I still haven't gained the weight back. It's been a little over a year.

    I just wanted to thank you for your motivational videos. Over 6 months I did a few of your kickboxing and dancing videos everyday and eating right I lost 65 pounds! After 3 kids I look better then I did before!

    I finally did it! I finished with no breaks and to my max. I remember when I couldn't even get through 11 mins of any cardio a month and a half ago. Now, I have slimmed down(wasn't big to begin with,) but I am no longer "skinny fat" and now just skinny. No more love handles and lower back fat and my abs are coming in nicely thanks to Keaira.

    Oh my goodness! I've never sweat so much in my life!!!! I kept touching my screen to see how much longer I had. Lol! Every time I even consider giving up Keaira says "Dont you give up!" Ha!

    This is so effective. I have been doing this work-out for only 2 weeks now adding 20 - 40 curl-ups everyday to this routine. Just 2 weeks and my bloated stomach is gone. I am now seeing 2 pack abs which is really unbelievable as I used to complain about my bloated stomach so much before. Last Sunday I confidently wore my tight-fitting dress which I have not worn for a long time. 2 of my friends even noticed the change with my figure and are encouraged to work-out. I am so happy. I really like your videos Keaira. Thanks a great deal!

    Thanks Keaira Lashae! Just by doing this workout one time a day 4 to 5 times a week along with watching what I eat have helped me dropped 20 lbs in 4mths!

    thank you sooooooo much keaira!! you have helped me change when i believed i couldnt change at all.. i tried ton of other hiit excercises but just lost 4 pounds from it...i lost it only to gain it afterwards i couldnt maintain at all... thanks to your tabata and kickboxing ,not only i lost weight but also i gained so much of self confidence! all hail keaira lashae!

    before I started your workout, which was last week Tuesday, I was at 170 lbs. I did this workout Tuesday-Friday now a week later I am at 165 lbs. My goal weight is 115 lbs. This video is so much fun and it sure will help me get to my goal weight if I keep this up. Thank you so much Keaira Lashae!

    I think this is one of her hardest workouts BUT it's a workout that makes me feel the most accomplished and proud of myself when I finish it. My heart rate is instantly up all the time and I'm sweating like crazy but those are good signs of burning lots of fat ! Love it !❤️

    Out of all your workouts, this is the one I have the hardest time with but it's my favorite and I finally finished to the very last cool down exercise. I'm very proud of myself.

    omg this started out at 200% of energy and never stopped. I never had to pause one of your videos but this one was brutal and I had to stop several times, I wanted to cry! But I made it through... Damn. You know you're sweating when you have to change your towel....

    Huffhh...hahh...I can't feel my legs!!! But, I keep pushing myself until the end and not even having a break (only for a second just to drink the water). You are the first youtube workout instructor that keeping to workout till the end. You video are so fun so I keep continue to do it :) Thanks!!!

    I started walking and eating better a few weeks ago and i sae progress like pretty soon, but i started getting bloated and feeling fat a couple days ago ( just realised its literally hormones, not me) so i lost motivation. This video was what I NEEDED in life to get me feeling good again Keaira!! This is my fave so far.. i think i found my thing... boxing

    I simply love you....I have been looking for workout videos I can do at home when I can’t make it to the gym....I hadn’t found anything that could hold my attention must less follow and subscribe to but I must say I am loving your workouts....I’ve done 6 so far in a two week period.....I’m not a dancer nor am I a fan of dancing but baby I be gettin’ it in my room....thank you so much for making this fun....I look forward to many more videos

    She's a godsend.. I had plateaued on my intermittent fasting. She help me cruise through it. I'm losing weight and gaining muscle and feeling amazing. This is a metabolism booster is what I feel. Definitely go for it you guys.. you'll thank her

    When you sit there and you watching, it looks easier but then when you try it, its another story lol. I made it for 5 minutes only and I was dead lol. Tomrrow I will make to 15 minutes, its a slow progress but I will definitely make it. I CAN DO IT !!!!!
