Seether works for me, but that doesn’t mean I think your opinion is wrong. I don’t know why people get so upset over other people’s opinions about music. We all react to it differently because we draw from personal life experiences. Listen to what you like and skip the stuff you don’t. Life is too short and too hard to waste time on music that doesn’t speak directly to your soul.

I wouldnt necessarily say they've changed their sound, more like they've molded it into an older version of itself. The music has to grow too. Some like it some dont. I personally like fewer and fewer of their songs but this album, I have yet to find a horrible song. That heavy sound is still there, and I think most of us fell in love with seether because of that.
seether seriously has to be the most consistently good band for the past 2 decades, EVERY album is a banger

Absolutely. Ashamed to admit I forgot about them for a time in my life. They still absoutely kill it outta the park. Shaun's vocals are absolutely memorable and the whole band in general is very tight in timing and consistency. Somehow, they all sound better live too.
They can be super heavy, but also kill it with beautiful ballads too.

I took my daughter when she was 8 to see them in Denver. She met them and they were incredibly gracious to her. Signed everything they could find for her. She'll turn 18 in March, graduate this year, loves Seether to this day, gave me this album on vinyl for Christmas and is dating a young man who looks just like Shawn...PARENTING DONE RIGHT! 😂❤️

This is not post-grunge. This is authentic grunge stuff right here!
Well ... Technically it's not "Authentic grunge" but Hard rock/Post-grunge at the very least. The Grunge era was mid 80's to the 90's and was followed (in the mid 90's) by a bunch of bands that were influenced by it . So Seether (a band influenced by Nirvana) , historically and musically , cannot be categorized as Grunge , at all . Just makes no sense whatsoever.

What literally means that they were "Influenced" by grunge music (because grunge music was a musical scene which was influenced by punk). So it is not grunge , but a "byproduct of the Grunge influence". Now getting this out of the way , since 1 minute of google researching would have finished this whole thing . Not only the old stuff wasn't grunge (because , as I've already stated , grunge music already faded away when Seether and other bands came ) , but also the newer stuff is not grunge or "Authentic grunge" as someone said .
But I truly admire you guys , all of you , for being here listening to Seether . This band is amazing , and no matter what genre it belongs , it's still an amazing band .

I'm 55 and have always liked them. Most bands go downhill after they make it. ( aerosmith,etc.) Seether seems to get better with age. I think this is one of their best. Love this.

Been a fan since childhood. In my 30s now. Seether's still fantastic. This one is every bit as badass as the hits I remember, and the lyrics line up with the times so well.
They KILLED it with this album!!! Each Seether album just seems to keep getting better and better!!!

I seen seether live in Cleveland 8-9 years ago a few years before my dad passed away. He loved them. And I love him for showing me Shauns music. He threw a guitar pick into the crowd and my dad was lucky enough to get it. I have it buried somewhere :// I’ll find it one day

Hands down one of the best shows I've ever seen.
