Great overview! This is much more applicable to enterprise companies, but everyone should be aware of how Salesforce is positioning itself as the go-to shop for any view between a business and their customers.

Hi! Your videos are great and so much fun!
Can you also do a series for service cloud certification? That would be great!😊❤

Great suggestion! I am actually Service Cloud Consultant qualified, but been a while since being in there, so will have to revist!

Hi Adam, I have a Salesforce Scenario for you. Hopefully, this is a good video idea.
Here's the situation. Let's say you create a Survey using Salesforce Surveys and for every new response that comes in, you want to create an event based on those fields in the survey. How would you do that setting up a record triggered flow? Your videos are great. :) Keep it up

Hi there! Great scenario. My first thought would be to first ensure the you know where the data is going for the user entries (from the survey). Once in a record and field, you can use a Record Triggered Flow to look at the values in that record to 'do something' like the event you mention, e.g. a new task, an email, update a field. The key thing is to plan out how what it is you want to do on which field values and then build from there. :)

    A useless platform, imo.

haha - i guess depends on the aim/what you're trying to acheive, but I value a different opinion on these things. What's your go to for CRM/building a 'complete view of a customer' system wise?
