I feel like everyone yelling at Dean to check his messages forgot that Gary threw all the phones out 😅 also I feel like Sam's more the message checker than Dean is
Don't worry about the Star Wars-virgin dig; Jared is a huge Star Wars fans, like reads the novels and geeked out when one interviewer arranged for him to meet his favorite Star Wars writer^.^
Yes, this was an amusing stand-alone episode. This was a reminder that some kids can do REALLY stupid things!! Yes, the rest of this season will be very intense and profound, so hang on.
Much as I appreciate your wanting Sam to have a nice home-cooked breakfast, if I were in Sam’s place, I’d be sweating bullets, saying, “I’m such an insanely picky eater, anything this kid likes, it’s got a good chance of being something I hate!”
maybe not. if a picky eater was suddenly bodyswapped with a non-picky eater, the new taste buds should allow them to enjoy new things, at least for the foods that aren't a psychological preference
You said in pervious videos your heart was ripped out well prepare for this over and over again but it's worth it! I really hope you continue to do the entire series there is so much more to see and I like watching your reactions
I agree with you. Sam isn't even trying to act along to figure out what's going on & WHY hasn't Dean even asked why Sam is acting weird yet? I know the girl is from Grey's Anatomy!
Being a fan of Star Wars THEN (2009) did mean that. It’s only after they were picked up by Disney that it was popular again and cool to like Star Wars.
I know the girl from Grey's Anatomy. Who is the actor playing the blonde curly haired guy that is with her? What was he in? He doesn't look familiar to me
I only watched this episode once, plus your reaction. But if I remember correctly, they essentially just swapped their consciousness into eachothers bodies? Am I the only one who got a really yucky feeling when this boy was sleeping with these women, in SAM'S body?
This was not an episode I liked. I mean, WEIRD. If anything I was hoping for this to be like the episode those fringy Christian groups that Zachariah mentioned was helping the angels. In this case, it was a bunch of idiotic Satanists. I think the writers wanted to do something like Freaky Friday so badly and Season 5 was looking to be a possible final season that this was their only chance to do it. Like I said not a favorite but it had its moments. I did enjoy that it started with the boys wanting to help out an old friend of their fathers by stopping a nasty haunting. I used to read and watch books and documentaries about haunting like that and I thought that would have made a cool episode. Instead, they had to work the Freaky Friday deal with Sam and Gary.
"totally lied, the kid's life sucks ass."
That line cracks me up every time. 😂

But it does raise the question; how long it takes the average person to realize their phone is missing nowadays?
@@pyrite13 that depends on the person. Honestly I'd probably start freaking out within 5 minutes

I really wish they had Jared playing a kid trapped in sam’s body throughout the whole episode .
Dean in 'Dad' mode is priceless.

Did anybody notice that Gary was the kid that got roughed up by the 'ghost kids' at the Suoernatural Convention a couple of episodes back?
Just recently got into this show. Love it
Love when you and Ellis reunite! It's always a joy to watch!
The toast thing actually makes sense. He has the manners of a Winchester.

@@QuestionableLifeChoices Good point.
Originally Dean and Sam were supposed to switch with each other

Dean "Welcome back, Kotter" . John Travolta was in that show in 1975.
The thing that bothers me about this episode is the fact that when Dean played back the messages, it should have been in Gary's voice.
"Dean, check your messages." I was saying that this ENTIRE episode!
Dean has no reason to, he's with "Sam" and they're alone, not counting Bobby.
Yahtzee it's pretty sad, but still
The Kid throw away all the phones

Half way through this season, what is your feeling about it so far?
Best season of all

Great reaction

i never like this one, its a "skip" on rewatch ^^
Same for me this episode is really stupid
