Why did I click on this video 😂 my husband has a strict diet because he was recently in hospital on 3 different occasions in November with gallstones and gallbladder infections and has been told he can't eat anything like this 😩 I'm supporting him and I'm losing weight lol we're not big, average size and I'm not happy 🤨 he's due to have them removed in January and once they are gone, those doors will be opened again 😂 still going to eat sensibly but the odd naughty dish like this won't hurt 😂 thanks for sharing and showing me what I can't eat 😂 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024 😘 🙏🏼🇬🇧
Hey dear buy apple cider vinegar (the one that says “the mother”) and give him 30 ml of it at least 2x a day for one week then 30ml a day for a week then taper down. Make sure you dilute each drink with water or apple juice (90 ml) and drinking with a straw. It will help melt the gallstones and remove excess cholesterol. At least he will not be in too much pain before his surgery. It has really been helping me not to get those terrible gallstones attacks
@@nevergoin28 Thank you so much. I'll ask him and see if he wants to give it a try. He's literally scared to take anything right now. It's fish, boiled potatoes and veg most of the time as he doesn't want to have another attack. I've never seen him in so much pain before. He loves his food but this has knocked him for six. But thanks for reaching out, I appreciate you taking the time. X
@@denises9680 yes dear please, God showing me that changed my whole life. When I would have that gallbladder attack , it would last painfully 12 hours, but when I would take it, in literally 1 hour I would take it and it would go away in an hour. If it didn’t go away in a hour I would take it again and it would go way in the hour. If he eats a fatty meal, he can take it before or right after he eats, but it’s best for him to start taking it now so he can start melting those gallstones.
I hate washing bitter leaf. If in Nigeria, I will buy washed one from the market. Will not kill myself. I use my food processor to wash, then boil. Case dismissed. That thing can stain nails.
❤Just found you yesterday, I tried your coconut rice today and it’s the best I have ever made.
Regards from Ireland. I love your videos.
Wow, nice tips you shared. Definitely going to using mine for egusi soup. Watching from Nigeria
Doesn't washing several times remove some essential nutrients in the leaves? 😮

My soup is now very bitter because I didn't watch this video at first to have a good information. 😅
That looks like it could pass as a shampoo
Please get fresh and not wornout dead yellowish ones like these one you're using now.
