Guys, this boat is made to float sideways. It's a new design, which stabilizes the boat more than the normal vertically floating boat. Studson Studio is a genius.

Remember Boat Physics:
If a Boat has a top-heavy mast, it will need a bottom-heavy ballast so it won't tip over in the water.
A ballast! Maybe I'll try glueing a few washers to the bottom and attempt a round two

THE WINDEAKER WAS MY CHILDHOOD 😭 Absolutely adored this game ( and Majora's Mask).
I like craft videos but usually the straightforward commentary is hard on my adhd. But with all your humor and references I totally engaged! This is my favorite crafting channel on TH-cam!

Using a stick to make the foam stronger and then plugging into in a tube is satisfying to see. I want to do exactly that if I ever start a project with a swivel in it :)

A weighted sculpey keel along the bottom of the boat may get you successfully sailing. Rudder may help counterbalance too. Looks great!

Ah yes! PERFECT as usual! Tip: You can use a heat gun to pre bake instead of an oven (you will need to bake it properly once you're done of course). I started doing that on my last project and it's saved me so much time 😀

As a quick tip, if you want to make a boat float upright, add a weight to the lowest possible point on the boat to increase buoyancy. Maybe a metal washer or a couple of coins along the bottom.

Adding a weighted centre board also called dagger board to the bottom of the hull might make it float more boatlike.

I LOVED and i mean loved windwaker, I was born when thw wii was kinda dying (2011) and i loved watching my mom/brother play it i do with all zelda games. I'm too afraid to fight myself plus im super bad at it. So this makes me really happy that you made this. Sadly my mom barely remembers it some how and i remember somewhat clearly.
