For a long time I only knew Dead Poetic and A Static Lullaby in post-hardcore and (post 2000) emo. Last year I started discovering many great bands of those genres like Emery, Funeral For A Friend, Thursday, Alexisonfire, Silverstein, A Thorn For Every Heart, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Armor For Sleep, Hidden In Plain View, Taking Back Sunday, Senses Fail and few more. There's really nice musicianship in some of them.
