Thanks, but one thing, stochastic doesn't show trend direction! It only shows trend momentum, trend direction and its momentum often diverge from each other. So a change in stochastic doesn't necessarily mean a trend direction change.

I use REX as an exit indicator, meaning when it crosses into sell, I exit long and the inverse for short positions. Obviously it's on me to backtest, but do you use stochastic for exit condition and how? I would expect cross into oversold = exit short and into overbought = exit long?
I personally don' t use Stochastics to exit trades but I know many that do. I looks for technical levels and ATR factors. But as you say, its all in the back test and see what works for you.

How does he do that with the rectangle form? He uses the form in one chart and it draws in the other two also. I've been drawing individually in each chart wich sometimes is pretty boring. How does he do that? Anyone knows it?
14:36 The first and third trade will give very nice profits if SL is placed just touching those candles and having a proper risk management. But the trade in the middle will disappoint some traders a bit later, when the long green candle will hit them directly in the balls 🤣

Buying and selling the cross of the stochastic at 2nd deviation from the mean in conjunction with the daily regression channel works great.

It's all about taking that long term mindset and sticking to the rules, even if there are losing trades here and there!
