Things always take a lot longer than you expect. I see you all made quite a few upgrades and changes, I guess that made the price go way higher. I hope you will be happy and get to move in your new home soon. I hope it is insulated good too.❤🎉😊
Wishing you the best ... all things to go smoothly and that it will bring much joy and satisfaction to y'all as a Family 🙏 That is what we each deserve! Love watching the unity 💛
This is great, good to see you all and thank you for the transparency. It is very helpful indeed! All is well, soon you'll be in your beautiful home and will forget all about the waiting periods👍🏼😊🙏🏽✨
I adore your shows, my wish for all of you and your family's the utmost beautiful life... You learned from mistakes, and become wises. But it always important prior and beneficial to consulted with your lawyer. You paid for your home, continue to stay in contact with your companies. But test, have your husbands to do the talking. Somehow, often times it works... I have family members, whom had gone through the same problems. Take care, Illinois
Thank you so much! That means a lot. Our house just was able to get funded which that is a long process as well. So now since it is funded we are waiting for the skirting to get done which will be tomorrow, then the decks, then the trim out. So as soon as the trim out is done we are going to move in. We are in the process as well with informing our lawyer of everything just in case.
I just subscribe to your channel, I’m in the same boat as you on the waiting game. We closed on our home in August and was delivered sometime after Thanksgiving, on the property since end of November, our skirting is brick. Is yours too? I don’t know about your state, but in ours (NC) almost everything has to have inspection and the weather is what holding us up. Just need power and them ground level around the house and drive way. Hopefully be in our house sometime in March. Also we never got to double check the inside of our house due them setting the house up on the land once it was delivered.
Thank you so very much for subscribing! Oh wow that is crazy! So I guess where I am in the progress isn't so bad. I'm so sorry to hear that! We are not getting ours bricked in yet we are just getting the metal siding done tomorrow actually. Where I live we don't need any inspections for the most part. However we are have someone who is able to make sure everything is done correctly and is able to let us know if we need them to fix something. Oh wow you didn't get to make sure it was correct? They delivered out home to the place we bought it from then we were able to go there and see everything. It wasn't all put together though. Then when they brought it to the land they set it and all. I wish you the best and I pray it gets done ASAP!
Congrats!! My house was delivered three weeks ago & I’m in the process of ‘waiting’ as well. Apparently it’s the same across the board regardless of the company it’s purchased from. The waiting is the hardest & most frustrating part. Looking forward to seeing you guys getting to move in. Thanks for sharing!
No. We had to pay for that separately. We have a family friend who does all of those things so he did it for us and charged us $9,000. However when we called a company they were going to charge us $15,000z

Yes we added a lot. Also the sheetrock and vents in the ceiling are a big cost.
I was hoping you all would make this video! Great to learn from your experiences. Thank you,
All the best!

What about the cost of mobile home insurance? I’ve been hearing that it has become extremely expensive. Any info you can share would be helpful?
That is included in our payment so I'm not 100 percent sure on that but I'm sure it also depends on the location.

I agree it really is. Like you know it is just sitting there and you can go look at it but still waiting.
Was septic included? Thanks
