I had a neighbor build a small garden on raised beds around the septic tank. gravel paths around it with a large pot with a fake tree covering the manhole. when they need to get it pumped out, they just need to drag the 50lb wooden pot to the side and put it back. the septic guys love it so much.
Great content, learned a lot watching this video. You've told me more than a retailer I've visited did. Helps to know this beforehand instead of after contracts are signed then the phone calls start. Had that happen years ago. Turned me away from mobile home buying. Getting all this info is changing my sights.
Thanks for reposting this video. I really needed this information and knowledge, keep up the GREAT work you are doing for us viewers of your channel!!!
5-10k for a well, 5-10k for a septic tank installation, if on well water no water bill only power bill. Utilities with central heating and air are about 100-150 non winter or summer months. During summer expect about around 200 power bill and winter around 300. Depending on what climate you live in of course.
@@tj5163where do you live getting those prices?? I’m in Nebraska and average well drilling says 10k online but it’s more around 15k and septics on average is 12k with leach fields.
Like that septic system design. This update is helpful when thinking about developing raw land and manufactured housing. You make it all look so easy. 👍🏻. Experience is showing huh. 👏🏻👏🏻
Hi , thank you for sharing , it was really learning experience , could you please say how much time in average it's taking to set up a manufactured home from start to end? And can explain please which permits you need? Thank you
If you buy property remote ( like where I live in rural Maine) and have to install a well, leech field, and septic, you also wanna get a water test done first to 1 make sure you have an accessible aqueduct and that any water close to igneous rock passes a lead and arsenic test. Also. If you lose power, you have almost no running water.
the new lot looks good and I hope you can get everything done on time. looks like the lot is going to be really nice and since you are selling the property, I hope you get the best price for it.
I’ve been wondering how this project was coming along. If my feeble mind serve me correctly this project began on March 21st. In a little more than three months much has been accomplished. I look forward to watching this project come to completion. Thanks for the update!
We’re buying a manufactured home and I just found property after months of searching thing is it’s on a hill I am going to ask the dealer but I wanted to ask your thoughts also Also what’s the name of this system and do they have it in florida
What happened? Never saw the conclusion to this series of videos where the pad was completed and the house finally got moved to the new location. Would like to know the whole story and how everything worked out including the final costs for everything. I realize this series was posted 3 years ago and getting the final results at this point is unlikely but after watching all 7 videos I feel like I want closure.
Moving a 'used' trailer means that it can't be financed. At least in the U.S., banks won't touch a manufactured home that has been moved after initial purchase.

Thank you! Appreciate that
Looking forward to the moving the mobile home part, cost included. I’ve seen many a home for sale out of a park, but didn’t know where I would start.
Might see if Tim will let me drive. Maybe save a couple bucks.

Does your septic system able to handle a washer/dryer system???

Looking good. Anxious for the finished product!
You and me both!
Do you need to look at the home floor plan to know where pipes need to be placed during the digging

Are there updates to this project?

Took a while to find this video! How can I find good old videos?

God love you
Don't certain manufactured home retailers do those services?
Yeah some certainly do!
So confused... You look old and young at the same time....
Lol! It’s an accurate statement 😂

What do you mean?
Is this much more profitable than just selling the lot? Sure looks like a lot of work

Familiar with it?
Taking long I see.
