  • Hi Hi Welcome BACK to my channel! So so happy to have y'all come along with me for TRE (The Running Event) here in Austin! We'll go to a brand dinner with HVMN, on a run with Puma, and then to the SPIbelt booth at TRE. Then things take a bit of a turn when my anxiety forces me home 😂.     Your true authenticity and ability to recognize your limits shines a whole new light on one of your strengths. It may not be the typical physical strength we are used to seeing from you (in the gym) but your self awareness and boundaries (knowing when to call it a day) is just as equally important. Many of us have anxiety and we often just carry it and hold it inside. It is brave and strong to share it outloud like you have with others. Applaud your ability to never sacrifice your wellbeing. ✨

    You have become a huge inspiration for me since i started focusing on running more over last two months. I relate so much to not being a social butterfly and then the anxiety that follows when you aren’t into certain social situations. I hope you’re feeling better and you’re not alone!     please do not feel silly for sharing your truth because it helps other people like me not feel alone in their anxiety. I actually had a panic attack at the doja cat concert last month with my friend and she was legit kind of mad at me and didn't understand :/
