- For a long time now I’ve kept a running list of issues that have cropped up in many conversations with customers and fellow consultants about things we wish Scentsy would address / change. Not sure if “fix” is a word I’d use but bringing up these issues in a respectful manner might help bring about positive change.

I tell myself there will be another scent another time I will get to try. They are releasing new stuff too often and I can’t justify paying shipping constantly
Yes!!! Or even after a certain amount for orders....I'm spending over $100, I can't get even half off shipping?! Sheesh lol

I was just nodding my head the whole video lol. So many great points, especially the going back to tradition and bringing back old scents. We don’t want new new new. We want good good good.
I could not agree more! Bring back some classics that people love. We dont need new new new all the time! It’s overwhelming and so hard to keep up with!
Also, if there is so much NEW, it takes away from the special draw that should go towards the 10 new release scents in each catalog.

I agree! I know other consultants who want this as well. Also, older warmers more often than once a year. They could be a WOTM occasionally.
Love this, and I agree with everything that you said. Another thing that I would like to mention is the exclusive items for club members- Scentsy started this, and they offered things to club members that were old “merchandise items”. Then almost all of those items ended up in a flash sale, and I was infuriated to the point that I cancelled my club. Sorry, but that is not how you should treat club members. Trying to sell old things at full price, and then sending them to a flash sale when club members obviously weren’t buying them. Poor business practice on Scentsy’s part. Scentsy really should start making a lot of changes in my opinion. Great video!
@@kimberlyvieira2133 YES thank you someone finally said it. It infuriates me that they are selling those items at full pop. Honestly, it’s disrespectful to club members who set aside a lot of money for them. Give us NEW, thoughtful, exclusive items. Not your old stuff covered in dust.
@@lisagardner24I agree, and that was the reason that I cancelled my club. They shouldn’t have ever offered those old items-it was like a slap in the face for being a club member. I guarantee that whatever is there now will end up in a flash sale again. Old washer whiffs, scent soaks and Scentsy buddies were some of the things that went into one of the flash sales. Scentsy gets very little of my money these days for that reason. Plus, one of my club bars showed up with a scent of the month sticker on it. The bar was over a year old at that time- maybe more. While I miss my scents, I don’t miss the poor business practices.
It would be nice if the club exclusives were a deal. Not full price. I’m not sure how well the Club Exclusive program is working out for them.
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToesIt isn’t even about the money. It’s the fact that most of the items were discontinued items that later ended up in a flash sale-at least at the time that I cancelled my club. The only thing that would have been exclusive to me was the SFR brick from two years ago-I am not a consultant, but that was still something that they needed to get rid of. I think that purple, glitter brick ended up in a flash sale also. I love all your suggestions in this video. Too bad you don’t work for Scentsy. ❤
@@kimberlyvieira2133 Agree 100%! They have lost their vision. It appears more mercenary now. Perhaps the idea driving the shipping is if it’s higher, we will buy more but it’s had the opposite effect here. Not everyone can afford it.
I love Scentsy too but agree with all of this. You presented it in a perfect classy way as well!
LTOs- yes way too many. Also keep it simple, we don’t need body wipes and buddies that come with a bed, etc. Really great ideas here Patricia! Thank you! 😊

I would like to see all these changes. I really want Pacific Sandalwood and some other LTO’s, so adding more LTO’s to BBMB voting is probably what I want to see most. I also would want more flexibility with Scentsy Club with letting us skip or reschedule what month the shipment arrives so we don’t have to jump through figurative hoops with doing hacks to do this. Any other company I’ve had subscription shipments with, like Amazon or Yankee Candle, lets you push back shipments easily without fear of losing anything.

Totally agree with all points especially the last one - its like a restaurant having over 200+ things on the menu. So many options doesn't always mean something good!

Loved this !!! Totally agree -- I wish they would scale back on the number of LTOs they offer --- for instance, I can't even start testing the 10 new Fall scents because I live in an area that won't cool down until October. By then, Gourdy Goodness has come out and the Harvest Collection. Just after that, it'll be the holiday bars and usually even holiday bricks. Lastly, there will be another BBMB release. Not only do I not have time to warm thru ALL Those New Scents, but forget about even picking up regular returning catalog scents. Also, I really, really wish they would extend the time period that these items are offered ---- for instance, release the BBMB to cover the last 3 or first 3 months of a catalog season, then there's time to warm, buy more and make a decision about club.
BBMB, SOTM and Seasonal Bricks would be my priority LTOs, then Harvest, Holiday and Scents of the Season. Then maybe add in the odd one in months that don’t have their own traditional scheduled releases each year. 🤷♀️
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes I would love to see added to the catalog each season a section for Memory Lane - they pick a year (same season) and add the top 5 sellers or their picks - a variation to BBMB in the catalog for the season. They could even highlight a warmer from that same catalog if they want to bring it back (like they’ve done recently with a few from a few years ago).
That’s an EXCELLENT idea. A fun option for the 5 Memory Lane scents…available in bar and BRICKS!
I always say the scent with the most “votes” for the BBMB set should be offered as a Scentsy Club BRICK for 6 months until the next round.

100% with you on it all. There also needs to be changes made in club. But I don’t think they will do any changes. Mo $$$ the way it is. But how about just ONE DAY where you could add 3 missed bars? That couldn’t hurt. Of course they’d need the Que for that!

YES! Far too many LTOs and “new” products. I also think Scentsy does too many scents - very similar scents aren’t needed (example: Golden Garland vs. Hayrides).
I think what happens is they go on a “scent trend”. They use to announce the trend in each catalog but have stopped that. So it’s not too difficult to see trends as they come out seasonally… like coconut, or lemon or ______.
It does seem like very similar scents come out too close together. So maybe it’s scent variations that they liked enough to try again. (Golden Garland --> Hayrides)
I agree, 100% with everything you said, especially including pour dates and scent descriptions. Other companies have smaller containers and they are able to describe the scents on there. There are definitely too many LTO‘s so how can they even decide if something is a good seller or not when people don’t get a chance to try it. Free shipping or at least half-price shipping for club members would be amazing! I would love a classics section in the catalog
They use to have a Classics section I think when I first started. Then they switched to scent families

I agree with you on these points. I have wondered why the BBMB is only a month long. Doesn't give people much time to order, get the order and warm them to know what they like. On the scent notes, I see so many other wax vendors list the scent notes and have wished Scentsy would do that. On the LTOs I agree wholeheartedly. I'm a consultant and it gets overwhelming. I have stopped placing so many orders and either put it in my monthly club to try if it's new wax scent or if it's for a special warmer waiting and placing an order when there are a few items I want, taking the chance the warmer(s) would still be available. Thanks for your thoughtfulness on this video. I love Scentsy and only buy Scentsy, but it doesn't mean there isn't room for improvements.
I agree - we can always improve. Even minor tweaks can make such a difference
I wish they didn't get rid of dish soap and Scentsy soak, while introducing a bunch of new mini-fans and stuffed animals. I also wish they would change club back to how it used to be, when you could change frequency you got each individual bar. I would probably be spending more changing some bars from quarterly to monthly or bi-monthly, but I am not going to change my entire giant quarterly club to monthly. That was a very dumb change.
I suspect light objects are cheaper to ship

You were very kind about the scent circles because I get very irritated by them. 😆 I probably only had one or two that actually lasted a full week. The scent really has to be a powerhouse scent for it to work as a circle or car bar. A lighter scent like honeymoon hideaway for example, doesn't stand a chance. 😂

Agree with everything! I appreciate you saying it all because I love scentsy but a lot of things annoy me. The scent circles are basically good for 2 days. And whyyyy won’t they bring scents back like apple butter frosting and almond croissant? People want them and I am pretty sure they were top sellers. Scaring people into making clubs?
We can love Scentsy but still have times they annoy us. Perfectly normal imo

Exactly. And why did they give us Toasted Apple Butter again in the collection? It was just a BBMB release. They could have done either of those two. It's ridiculous.
Excellent suggestions!!! For me, I am my own best customer. I don't have a personal website on Scentsy and because of that I can't participate in Flash Sales. So for me I wish they would also allow us to place orders though our personal work stations. I don't like being excluded from those events. 🥺

Something to consider…When a flash sale is announced you could sign up for the website that month. It’s not too expensive and the money you would save on the deals, plus the commission you would earn from your purchase would easily make up for it.
Good point. I just buy from Flash Sales from my uplines web site since I don't have one. She can have the commission, I'm just looking for the deals.
Great video and suggestions Patricia. You do such a nice job of explaining your reasoning. It’s obvious that you love Scentsy and they would do well to listen to you 😊 💰💰
I agree that only one month to order, receive and melt up to 25 BBMB bars so you can decide what you like is just silly. Plus some of those are light and need some time to cure. The comment about 3 months for BBMB - that makes much more sense. And don’t even get me started about the voting lol… If an LTO is available for 2 months (example) and not even in a catalog, then it is reasonable that it wouldn’t have as many sales as another catalog bar from 5 years ago. So lifetime sales shouldn’t be the only criteria for a bar to make it in the top 200. LTOs should get a special category.
I just will never understand a company that doesn’t provide items that their customers want to buy?? I can think of about 10 catalog scents that aren’t attracting any customers and 10 more scents that would fly off the shelves if they came back. 🤷♀️

I liked when they re-visit popular older scents (like a Fathers Day collection a couple years ago) rather than make everything new.
These are thoughtful suggestions. Related to sheer number of the LTO's are the shipping costs. They add up and I have to limit the number of times I place an order because I don't want to pay multiple shipping costs in a month. I have seen it where there are three or four collection launches in a single month.
Or with programs like BBMB, I have bars shipped at the start if the month. If I want to purchase a few more bars of BBMB scents that I end of liking before the end of the month, well that's another time I have to pay shipping.
Also, it would help if help if the catalog provided a preview and timeline of the whole season. If Scentsy would let us know all the scents and the warmers of the month and the LTO's that will be released in the season, it would help with planning and managing our budgets. I'm grateful for the consultants on youtube who provide us customers with as much advance information as they're able. But I think Scensty could include this information when catalogs are released. I don't understand why there's a catalog and then a separate Fall collection brochure and then a separate Holiday collection brochure, and separate brochures for SOTM's, etc.
For us online shoppers, could Scentsy make the seasonal paper catalogs available to customers to purchase directly? I know consultants can buy and re-ship them to their customers. But that's added expense and work for the consultant. I don't feel comfortable asking a consultant to send me one. I would be happy to buy a catalog directly from Scentsy at the start of the season and have it shipped along with other items I'm purchasing. Same goes for the little sample testers. Could they make a set of testers of the new release scents available for purchase at the start of the season?
About Flash and Warehouse sales, Scentsy still struggles with handling of the number of people trying to get into a sale when it starts. Until they can get the technology issues worked out, I think it's fair that Scentsy provides a list of what will be in the sale before it launches. Many people don't have the luxury of being able to sit in a queue for strecthes of time waiting to be let in to shop. Customers should have enough information to know what will be offered in the sale so they can make an informed decision about participating in the sale.

I’m sure many of the reasons Scentsy doesn’t openly leak things is to help with spontaneous purchases. Just a guess.
One tip about catalog - typically the first whiff box of each new catalog contains a paper copy.
So next months likely will. I mention that in case next months looks good…maybe factor that in.
As a consultant the postage to mail catalogs does indeed add up so that’s very nice of you to consider your consultant in that manner.
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes I figured you would have the stamina to make it through. 🤣I'm sure Scentsy - like many companies rely on some percentage of impulse purchases. Thanks for the good suggestion about the September whiff box. I'll look for on-line spoilers. Maybe do a one and done club order to get some of the new bars to try and the whiff box at a discount.

THIS! I stopped stocking up on bars because I don't want to deal with the leaks, holes, and wax disasters just from storing them.
Totally agree about being able to use our party rewards for early access items and also making the scent circles and car bars stronger!
I think car bars are in jeopardy as they are retiring some and not adding new ones in
Fewer LTOs!! As a consumer, I used to buy one of every LTO to give each a try but I became overloaded with mediocre (to my nose), half-finished bars that I warmed just to get rid of them and spent less time warming the scents I really enjoy. This year, I have skipped trying a lot of LTOs myself, waiting to hear reviews and then putting maybe one of a collection in my club to test. I agree about the flash sale bundles, too. Great video!!! There MUST be someone at headquarters watching TH-camrs.
I once had an email indicating / hinting at it so I suspect it’s a good possibility
What a great video!! Yes on the lto bbmb!! I was shocked to see Coconut Daiquiri even available to vote on, let alone actually make it. It was a summer collection release not that long ago. I think minimum 25% lto voting options is absolutely not too much to ask. I completely agree with putting old bars in clearance. They recommend using your wax in 1 year, but then send me a 3 year old bar in my club. It's just not a good look. I feel like they have pared down over the past couple years. They dropped the pet line and have dropped products from the body, cleaning and laundry lines as well. Thank you for sharing ❤

I got a bar once in my club that was several years old. Not impressed
I agree…. Keep it simple. My head just keeps spinning with something new all the time. It’s over kill and I find myself now wanting to wait to purchase because I can’t keep up. I can’t warm it fast enough and I end up pulling things out to warm the next. I also struggle justifying the shipping over and over again.
The car bar and scent circles have been more of a waste of purchase for me so I opted out of buying them anymore
It’s ok to slow down if you’re overwhelmed. I’d continue to work on melting what you have and jump in for more when you get caught up a bit
I would mirror your suggestion for the scent circles/car bars for the flower diffusers. They are SO hit and miss, most end being a big waste of money to me. The birthday cake one in the July (?) 2024 whiff box was AMAZING and actually scented my bathroom. I had sworn off the flower diffusers because of poor performance but that one made me try again. And the next one.....dud. Ugh!
I wish I would have grabbed a whiff box to get the Happy Birthday flower
I also wish Scentsy would add a tab to the bar bundle sort feature (in addition to A-Z or scent family) to isolate the promotions... Similar in the way you can add bars to your club. It would make it so much easier to build bundles when BBMB or new season releases come out.

Well said! I also wish for the BBMB/LTO and element warmer wattage. I also wish that in the month my club ships I could add non club items (warmers etc) so I could once and awhile save a bit of shipping. I could also dream about a free shipping day...ie spend 100.00 today and it ships for free. Yes please to tweaking car bars and scent circles!
Sometimes it’s hard for a bulk / group order to reach free shipping! Very hard for the average customer. I think they would raise prices if they went the free shipping route.

I didn't go through all the comments to see if anybody suggested this already but top of my wish list for us Scentsy Club Subscribers would be to merge shipping when you have two monthly/bi-monthly etc going out at the same time. 2. Letting us move individual bars to monthly/bi-monthly. 3. Letting us add all things available in the website to our order in the club (together but non-recurring, if that makes sense) I don't want to pay $10 shipping for 1 $5 dollar bar in the clearance section or attach a warmer as a one time. Offer free shipping to new customers perhaps. I know a lot of times that what gets my customers from not ordering because they don't want to be paying $10 shipping for 1-2 bars.

I agree with everything you have said!!! One or 2 new launches a month is more than enough. No one wants to pay for shipping every Monday for FOMO. Launch the new things once per month and have a small sale like you suggested. The scent circles are awful!! I opened a new one today and it scented my car for like 20 mins. Horrible. I never waste my money on them and its a shame because I want my car to smell good!!
Another thing I hate is when opening up a clam shell, some wax gets stuck in the corners. Drives me crazy!
Don't call a scent bakery when it's clearly not a bakery. Lol
I think its misleading customers, maybe have a misc category for these type of scents.

It’s hard to fit some scents in categories. Plus they do like to mix in perfumey, floral. Woodsy characteristics to many scents which complicates matters. Where do you put those mixes? I have no clue.
I actually filmed this video about 2 weeks ago, and then they announced the recent deals on the warmer and bars etc, …so maybe we will more that?

I feel the same with the scent packs. Some are so weak
I forgot about those! I’ve pretty much stopped buying them (except I’ll put one in the boys book bags because there’s a special pouch in the top that’s the perfect size for one)

I wish we could get any scent as a brick. That would be cool. Or access to any retired scent, maybe as a perk for after you’ve had a club for a while. There are so many bars I hear about from years past, but have never tried.
Before I was a consultant I believe at one point you could get any scent in the catalog as a brick.

Go ahead! I filmed this a while ago but held off posting as I was nervous how it would be received. I never want to come across that I don’t love Scentsy. I’m grateful for them but want them to consider some of our concerns. I’m not sure how many idea-share posts make it through.
Ultimately if a respectful discussion brings about change then I think it’s a good thing.
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes I hear ya! I love Scentsy and will always buy their wax regardless if I stay a consultant or not. After 12 years I definitely see some improvements and believe maybe if we discuss our concerns enough in a public platform in a positive way than maybe just maybe change will happen :)
Ditto on all of the points. As I'm my own #1 client I get bogged down on all of the LTO's they seem too frequent and tend to compete with the catalog products. Even the scent and warmer of the month can get forgotten because you have so many LTOs.
The licensed stuff is probably a huge factor with the rise in frequency of LTOs.
All very good points. Also, cut back on the amount of licensed products they offer. It used to be exciting to get a licensed product, and now it is just too much and often times the scents are just generic throw away scents. And please give us floral lovers some great options. Almost all their florals are mixed with fruit. I wouldn't mind if the floral section was only 3 scents as long as they smell FLORAL and not the fruit salad mixes we always get.
I mentioned the floral concern in a different video. Once they find a good one they need to hang onto it because people that love florals want just a couple of florals without extra “stuff”. Kind of like the bakery people want pure bakery

Yes, to so many things! I wish instead of so many LTOs or reinventing the wheel, just bring back old favorites. Like apple butter frosting or vanilla waves for instance….. I see video after video complaining about these scents being taken away, but they just bring something back that’s not quite as good! BBMB doesn’t even exciting as much because they are all ancient bars few people know about. They need to bring back favorites from more recent years. Also, this a small thing, but would be easy for them to do. I would love cord colors to be listed on the sites. There are certain places in my house where a white cord won’t work & certain places a black cord won’t work, even if I conceal the cord. And more rewards in club. It’s really ridiculous you see people with $300 worth of bars in their clubs & they only get one half price item! Free shipping could be one of those rewards easily!
Ok - the cord color …would be ideal to have it listed. (Clear cords would be nice too.)

Great suggestions! I agree with you about the LTO’s. So overwhelming. I wish we could order from our work station just like from our PWS. I like to shop and browse around when spending my rewards. It’s so hard to find the exact name of something to type it in so it comes up. I have to go back and forth constantly while ordering.
With special release items I type in on my note screen on my phone that has my “shopping list” how they worded the product in the news tab. Otherwise items can indeed be very hard to find.
I agree with all of your ideas Patricia.. pre bundled bars in flash sales and clearance! I won't buy bundles that contain scents I don't like or want. catalog listings of wattage for element warmers and the pour dates on packaging (it is very annoying to not know these things). LTO's. Way too many of them these days. Lighten up! we wind up just missing out of a lot of good ones because of being overwhelmed! and your thoughts on "KISS". yes! Scentsy should concentrate on quality of their wax especially (and warmers)... that is what we all came to Scentsy for in the first place. thank you for sharing this Patricia!

I totally agree on the LTOs. There have been so many lately I don’t have time to focus on the catalogue bars. I get annoyed with myself for even trying the Lto’s because I know they aren’t as good as the tried and true bars I love. And also yes to the new products being released. Customers aren’t looking for new products. I haven’t had a single order ever for a lotion or soap or wipe (unless it’s a clearance or flash sale). They just want wax products for their home or car to smell great - the other stuff is nice but totally superfluous, and in the end it’s just too much
I think consultants buy the new non-wax stuff
I love the idea of build your own bundle! I also wish they would let me add warmers to my club order at full price. Anything to just pay shipping once.
I suspect they have it consumable for a reason, but I’m not sure what that is. Maybe it’s the area that houses the wax verses other things
My thought on clearing out older bars is that anything that's beyond a couple of years old should be 50% off. It would clear it out faster making room for newer items. Also, if warmers are older than a couple of years, put those at 50% off or more. For example, there has been a warmer that is at least 10 years old in clearance that should have been 75% off. Mark it down; clear it out!

If I had a magic lamp... one wish is during Flash Sales, once its in your cart its yours. You would have a time limit to check out. Your cart would empty if you took to long. It would mean some items would go sold out to available again. I know Scentsy has said that this is not possible. Give me my genie!!! I will make it happen!!
One more thing... wish Scentsy was more upfront and honest. "We’re doing only the top 10" NFL Helmets. BS... give me the real reason. Is it production limits? Cost to produce?

All of these suggestions, yes! Fewer LTOs, it just gets too overwhelming! I’d also like to see them sell all LTO bars individually - I can’t keep track of what collections you have to buy only as a set, or if you can add individual bars in a 6 pack. I know we can add to Club and try them, but getting a quarterly club only doesn’t allow me to try them as soon as I’d like.
Adding a scent category sticker or marking on the clam is a great idea ❤ and adding a more prominent pour date stamp to actually read would be another great feature - you have no idea how much work I go thru to find this date 😂
Yes it’s confusing with sets… every time we are wondering if they can only be purchased as a bundle or individually so we have to check. It confuses customers with the lack of continuity

100% to fewer LTO's! Also, launch all at once so that we as consultants can save on shipping as well as our customers.
I think many have resorted to waiting to order a few LTOs at once to save shipping

Loved this video, Patricia! By my rough calculation, there are over 40 new (or returning LTOs) coming out this fall. That is outside of the catalogue bars - crazy!

Scentsy used to be the”Bees Knees” in wax, now, I hear so many people say, they are just out for the money and have thrown the customer aside. So many vendors now, have passed them in quality and listening to what people want.
Scentsy is still my preferred wax, but a few improvements would go a long way
I'd like them to stop hating on bakery lovers. I'd also like to see more benefits and perks to club members. Let us add things to our club orders like the exclusives or even warmers and such.
I wish they would explain how club works behind the scenes so we could better understand the restrictions

(Jane) I won't buy an element warmer if I can't find out the wattage first. I agree with t you on the scent circles and car bars. I stopped buying them because their performance is so poor. I also have trouble keeping up with the LTO's. I don't want to stockpile my regular scents but I get FOMO if I don't try all the LOTO's. Thank you for the video!

Yes on all points. It drives me bonkers when I have to dig around for element warmer wattage. I just would never buy an element warmer without knowing what wattage it is. I would also like to know pour dates, but I think they might be trying to make it harder to find so that they can ship us older stuff. I just got a club shipment where some of the wax was preeeety discolored so it's definitely not new. And yes about the single bars...I am not going to buy it if I won't melt it so I just hate those bundles. The LTOs are over the top, it makes it less exciting/special and I personally do not like trying too many new things anyways so it's just not fun. All good points you made though; hopefully they'll take some of those requests under advisement and actually make some changes!

I have not used the portal except to send my giant LTO list to Scentsy for BBMB voting about a year ago. They wouldn’t let me send my letter to any particular person. It gave me vibes like they were just placating me. It looked so jumbled and condensed once they had me add it there and send it I didn’t feel very confident in the process. If someone at Scentsy looks at social media/youtube videos hopefully the video will be more effective. Plus viewer comments

I wonder if they are planning on getting rid of car bars. Some of the scents that are staying around in bars are going away in the car bars. They haven’t added any new ones either.

Sooooo many LTOs and collections. I cant afford to try them all 😂 Definitely wish the scent notes were on the packaging. Id like to see more retired bars continue to show in collections or catalog for more availability than just a flash sale.
I think if they throw in one popular bar from the past in a collection the other bars in the collection might get a bit more attention.
I've been frustrated with the Testers the past few years. Many are so weak in scent, than nobody can smell them. Additionally, I think the testers are too small, and should at least be at least a cubes worth. I totally agree with all the points you made; especially how their focus should be on the wax and warmers. It was exciting when they first introduced body care products a decade or so ago. But, in that time, people have shifted towards wanting safe ingredients, and S hasn't stayed current. If they could've excelled at it, I could support the additional options. Sadly, they're losing traction on all fronts. I've got points too, but this is your show (lol). I also don't mint some masculine scents. But, lately there's a lot, and more than a true bakery section. The LTO's have a lot of bakery, but I wish they'd do more for the regular catalog. That was a winded thumbs up! 😅

I agree with you Patricia, especially on the number of LTO’s. I do not have a chance to warm my favourites. I would love R3 to try a lot of the bars available in R1 and R2. I love Bakery we only get them in Winter/Spring and they change some of the bars, not for the better in my opinion.
I guess when you get a bakery you enjoy you better put it in the club! They sound few and far between in R3
A scentsy consultant said many moons ago they had hand santazier ! Now imagine the sales they would get now definitely should go back to basics
From memory- There were a lot of strict rules and procedural production issues with the hand sanitizer. I’ve heard them discuss a couple of times that it was (I’m paraphrasing here in my words) a lot of red tape. My brain is fuzzy on the details exactly so dont hold me to it but even with COVID it didn’t make sense to go that route for them.
I refer to the scentsy LTO as the "fast fashion" of wax melts. I find it very much similar to certain cosmetic companies and their frequent release of new products.

I wish instead they would do LTO of dish soap -bundles of 3 - like seasonal ones 4xs a year and add a pump or change the top. Same with Scentsy Soak , body mists, body creams and all the stuff people actually miss and would buy 😂 I think LTO bundles of non wax would make things more exciting but I get they are a wax company first.
I like how some of the retired non-wax items make their way into Whiff boxes. Adding a sugar scrub in a spring box to exfoliate before summer, or a bath bomb near Valentine’s would be so smart and a fun nod to all their loyal customers!

Brick clamshells breaking…packing / shipping issues.
Bricks take a while to get through so any breakage is harder to deal with because most can’t “use up” the scent quickly.
They need to be more substainable and offer refills and less plastic packaging
