3 years later and this is still relevant with HC Classic, nice video man!
Not just HC. I was an avid HC player from the early Kargoz days till official servers. Took a break about 5 months ago but came back and decided to make a more permanent home on classic era mankrik. More and more people coming back to those old classic era servers with cata coming around and taking the old world away. Many people leveling up and running dungeons again with no sweat of only going daily or risk of character progression being lost. I made it to 60 on a druid and 50 on a warrior before I took a break. Came back and found a good group of people progressing content and raids with multiple raid groups and gearing up new raiders seems more relaxed than ever before. Cheers!

Theres so much stuff wrong here. Weapon skill shud always be first, since it lowers the req. Hit rating. Then ur having wrong horde Weapons and rotations my god
I believe your incorrect with your hit > weapon skill. There are two different equations based on weapons school. If you have it 305 or higher you only need 6% to hit. 5% + (defense - weapon skill) *.1 So 315 -305 = 10. 10 * 0.1 = 1 + 5 = 6%.
With a weapon skill of 300 it’s 7% (defense - weapon skill - 10) * 0.4
The calculation change is at 305 skill so you need at least 305 to use the 6% hit vs 9%. So 5 skill = 3% hit
this means that my warrior orc with 305 skill axe need only 6-7% hit chance to not miss yellow attacks? and 4-5% in PVP?
ContientaL L a orc with a 305 using an axe only needs a 6%hit to hit a level 63 mob.
@@mojoooCo weapon skill over 300 doesnt apply to pvp .. so u will always need 5% hit for pvp with any weapon used

Axes should always be first priority for Orcs.
Best in slot for Orcs (at least until AQ40) is actually the lvl 40-something Flurry Axe in the off hand and the highest top-end damage axe you can get in the main. Also the reason why Flurry Axe is so expensive on every server on horde side.
As of right now, Flurry axe is not BiS for orc warriors due to the fact it's bugged.

So whats the point in having bloodthirst as number 1 ability for the 2h slam spec? After all bloodthirst doesn’t scale with the 2h weapon damage, and all it does is just generating small amounts of health, while whirlwind is generating more damage and costs 5 less rage.
Wouldn’t a smarter rotation be 1. Whirlwind 2. Bloodthirst 3. Slam?
I use to play a protection warrior back in the old days, but this time I’m pretty keen on playing a fury warrior. So I’m consuming nearly every guide that comes out and I really liked this one.
But there is one thing that puzzles me and this is the "Unbridled wrath" talent. There are many people saying that it’s not worth it and has almost no impact on your rage generation. There also seems to be a war of opinions between taking "Booming voice" in favour of "Unbridled wrath".
Do you have any experience regarding this topic?
I think that is more for leveling. At 60 in raid setting, unbridled wrath will give you edge over another warrior without it.
It will not give you an edge it’s a waste of 5 points
Plus if you’re orc or human using mace/sword or axe you need 6% hit not 9%

How about using the line "#showtooltip Overpower" in your Overpower-Macro? That way you don't need an extra Actionbar-Button to track your OP-Procc ;)
If you're on berzerker stance the button doesn't light up even with a showtooltip

Slam doesn't work like aimed shot. Slam resets the swing timer. Aimed shot can be cast in between autoshots. So slam delays your next autoattack while aimed shot does not delay the next autoshot.
I feel like there are time where if its timed perfectly. you can batch it with a melee swing and get both the slam and a white hit.
@@adamb4325 That could be true. That is something that works differently from vanilla to classic.
@@Sid11358 There was a macro in classic that allowed you to do it, it was fixed because it didn't work like that in Vanilla, it was fun while it lasted.

so if i only have 5 percet hit chance, I shouldn't dual wield and should stick to 2 hander axe?

You always take deep wounds even while raiding? Figured with limited debuff slots you wouldn't.
It gets overtaken and also if you don’t take it you can’t get the Crit bonus which makes you suck

Is fury better than arms for PvE leveling?
Fury is better until 15ish, then arms until 55, then fury takes over again- hence most guides recommend leveling as arms.

It does, but you'll piss off your raid team if you're in one. Main reason Arms is frowned upon in PvE is because Mortal Strike is a high priority debuff so you're taking up a valuable debuff spot that will be better served somewhere else.
It's also a pretty bursty build, so you may have issues with threat generation as well.
@@kristopherdickson6606 I think its okay to play arms in raids. You still dealing high dps. MC and Onyxia is so easy that no one will complain about your mortal strike debuff (sry for bad english)
Unfortunately, i can watch 5 diff videos by 5 diff ppl, and see 5 diff opinions on what talent build works best. I think the best option is just to do what works for 'your' playstyle.
In the raiding scene they want u to push ur class to its limits, u cant play whatever u want unless if ur guild is cool with it
6% hit is better on human and orc then 9% the 9% hit is for every class that isnt human or orc.
Is there any benefit after 310 wep skill? In phase 5 you can stack an absurd +27 dagger skill!

Every halfway serious raid group will always have an enhancement shaman with windfury totem in the DPS warriors/rogues group. Always.

elias molin Humans and Orcs using there weapon specialization only need 6% hit. Everyone else needs 9% unless they have Edgemaster handguards
