How to Find a Lost iPhone

- Learn how to find a lost iPhone using these two different methods, one using icloud.com and the other using Google Maps.
With iCloud.com and Find My iPhone, I show you how to play a sound, how to enter lost mode, and how to erase your iPhone. Afterwards, I use Google Maps to see the last known position of the phone.
This should also work for your iPad or iPod Touch.

If you use find my phone, does it show the last location the phone was at? This can help confirm that it was in your room/house. Hope you find it!

someone stole my iphone at school and its offline it says the phone was at school today at 11:41 but its 5:52 now and it still says the last location so i cant find it. also my iphone is most likely dead.
ah, that's a bummer. Report it to your school admins, contact your phone carrier, and file a police report. That's the best you can do when it's stolen :(

yeah, i just lost my iphone 8 plus at school 5 days ago. i told the school and they literally did nothing about it. i then filed it to the police a couple days later and they told me to come back in 3 business days so i’ll go back to the police in 3 days, hoping they can help me out in some way :(
Same my iPhone xr has been stolen my mom put it in lost mode but who ever stole it hasn't turned it on its dead if I can't find it in the next few days I will file a police report I told the staff of my school they said they will try to look for it but it's not guarenteed that I will get the phone back which sucks because my mom said she's not getting me a new iPhone so if I can't find this iPhone I'm going to be very sad about it
@@AlejandroGarcia-dh2dv youll be lucky if your school does something cause they wrote a report for my mom since she went to my school about it and it said case closed but my phone still hasnt been found and the person hasn't even turned it on yet smh. Im still really mad since i still have no way of tracking. The police just filed it, they wont do anything either tbh
Nice vid, if you enable lost mode, and the device can’t be opened, why would you need to wipe device if nobody can access it anyway ?
It's an additional layer of protection in case someone gets hold of your device. The device password might not be that strong.

I just got back from a small party of friends and I can't find my phone. I told my parents about the situation, but all they said was you left it at the party.
