How many units did you sell to make 100k at what price point? I feel like you should add more business context because some of this stuff is for commercial brands and not always start ups brand that work with 12-100 units. People need to understand merchandising a lot more with a budget.
You do what works for you duh. If you just starting off or yo brand not that big ofc you not gone make 100k overnight.

Sure it’s dtf or Dtg. That’s a very expensive design for screen print

I would say these are subjective on the clientele. People in my area (white people) wouldn’t want to wear this.
Find your audience. Are you trying to sell to those ppl in your area? If yes- Then you’ll have to cater to their style…if not , then you’ll have to find the audience that would fit the style you’re selling
