วุ้นผลไม้สด Agar Jelly Fruit Cake
🔴พิมพ์ขนาด 3 ปอนด์ หรือ 8 นิ้ว (Pan size 8 Inch)
ส่วนผสม Ingredients
A
-น้ำสะอาด Water 1300ml
-ผงวุ้น Agar - Agar Powder 11g
-น้ำตาล Sugar 280g
B
- ผลไม้สด Fruit 400-600g
*เลือกผลไม้ตามชอบนะคะ ใส่มากน้อยก็ตามชอบมันยืดยุ่นได้ ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร แค่อย่าใส่จนล้นพิมพ์ก็พอ
C : Green & Red Agar syrup
- น้ำวุ้น 200 ml ต่อ น้ำเชื่อมเฮลบลูบอย 50ml
- Agar water 200ml / Syrup 50ml

هلا اختى معك اختك بوصفلك جيل الشفاف تشترين 100جرام جيلاتين مركز من العطار محلات ادوات تزيين الكيك والحلويات وتضعين فى إناء 3كوب ماءو2كوب سكر وملعقة فانيليا وتقلبين الماء والسكر جيدا على نار متوسطة ثم تضيفى الجيلاتين وتقلبين جيدا لمدة عشر دقائق ثم تضعيه على الفواكه وتعمل التورتة أو اكواب الفواكه بالجيلاتين وبالهنا والعافية
