I had a panic attack not too long ago i moved out of my flat because my neighbours were constantly bullying me my mother and my LD. Nurse ( learning disability nurse) is trying to find me somewhere else to live and when she came over to my mothers house which is where im currently staying at i ran to my bedroom i wouldn't even let the nurse come up and talk to me as i was in a terrible state i could barely breathe it was horrible😢😢😢😢
