Could you not make the electrolite into a fine filter to allow the electrode to pass through it. would this not alow you to charge it as fast as you could pump the fluid through it.
If you want to store hydrogen and weight is not an issue, you can adsorb it on metals like they do in the U-234 german submarines - it allows the storage of lots of hydrogen under medium pressures. If you want the hydrogen back, you heat the metal hydride.
He got it wrong in the end where he says that we need high capacity batteries during the day when it is hot?! This video is not from 20 yrs ago when solar PV is pricey. The issue is how store excess power during the day. Additionally, one speaker is concerned bout charging and discharging rates which is a non issue. High rates are easily solved by capacitors, super capacitors or setting up systems in parallel. Density and price is the issue here.
Of course, that's why in our medical lab we can order it in tanks as a source of hydrogen storage for calibration of equipment. hydrogencomponents.c om/hydride.h tml What you probably mean is pure Lithium (Deuterium)Hydride, which is used, but you can't really buy that not because its used for nuclear applications, but the pure form is really expensive (so noone really makes it)
Actually, the aether was experimentally proven to be purely fictional. And if it was real, I'm not sure how one would intend to draw current from it. (I am, of course, assuming you are referring to the luminiferous aether, which was once theorized to be a medium through which light propagated.)
Actually!,, Gasoline only works when it's cheap, which people like. It is loud,, which people like. Pollutes like hell! which people don't give a crap about. Which doesn't describe our world today. But is a pretty good description of the 1950's & 60's Ah yes! The muscle cars of time.
Thumbs down from me. This video didn't even explain what the technique and processes would be or why switching to liquid electrodes might be beneficial. Looks like the important part of the explanation had been edited out.
The advantage of a liquid electrode (anode) is that the storage volume is a huge tank, a huge storage volume, and thus a huge amount of electricity. Look up "flow batteries".
and dont forget who gave you the A/C current grid that you still use today... bunch of ignorant people... I made a battery... big deal so did the egyptians... bahgdad battery
not that I know of...I just took 2 seperate systems and combined...you could go to "ABOUTSOLARCELLS.COMXA.COM" and get ideas...thats where all mine come from.

Take a look at Alvin Weinberg's Molten Salt Reactor at ORNL. Thorium blanket with U-233 added to Molten Salt. Ran at Oak Ridge 1964-1969.!

the actual bit where you explain the battery could be better done. Still this is perfect for a research project I'm doing. Thank you
What is the problem with creating hydrogen then storing it... overall efficiency & losses, or?

Euard Heindl Energy Storage. dooh! 8GWh at least! Very simple design. NO polution. Very High efficiency!
Vanadium RedOx storage batteries work well for this
This seems to be similar to the Organic Flow Battery.

There is an AL /Ga device that makes Hydrolysis 10X cheaper.
why not just use a flywheel?
I guess metalhydrides were meant here..
I have discovered a truly remarkable energy harvesting principle which this youtube comment is too small to contain.

Pooty XD I like your name
And also if you are interested in "new" energy then look up "dry cell battery"

the trick is to listen to tesla... the the issue you face is not making money off of it!!
why dont you tell the world what the pyramids around the world really were built for!!

weaksauce..... there are better systems out there, but since this research is funded... please go ahead... you might just turn it around...
