The resolution upscale is the perfect balance of refreshing the games, but retaining the nostalgia. It genuinely makes me want to start & complete the games all over again. Big respect and gratitude to you guys over at RecalBox 👍🏻👍🏻
I love these comparison videos and the Pi 5 version with the enhanced resolution looks so much better than the standard resolution. I wish these comparisons also featured showing the two versions side-by-side together so that we can visually compare the difference on the same screen.
This was just the kind of videos I have been looking for, would love to see same tests but with some crt filters applied to see how that would effect performance.
Bonjour, will Recalbox ever add Steam support? The combo of having Steam, Kodi and Retro on a single device for the big tv in the living room sounds nice. This is why I like to use Batocera, but I'd also like to see Recalbox offer something similar too. Merci.
How does the Pi 5 handle the PC-X? I know that there are only about six good games on that failed system. But the Pi 400 was so close to running them well. Maybe see how far 3DO and Jaguar have come along since they have been nigh unplayable.

In terms on TV consoles, nothing past Dreamcast. In terms of handhelds, nothing past PSP. I've seen some claims of 3DS but my doubts are high on that one.
He has 400 subs and doesn't upload as a full time job, I don't blame him if the most he does is buy a cheap light and use his phone camera. And really all he needs to do is reduce the camera's exposure to get a better pic, at least have constructive advice if you're going to criticize someone

I don't know mate, I just prefer the original look and feel. It just has some charm to look at those crisp pixels!

What resolution is the original one and the upscaled one? or did you just use the ENHANCED RESOLUTION psx.neon_enhancement flag for RetroArch?
