The main reason is that all those credit institutes are american...

one feature not mentioned is the value of each note is embossed in braille, together with the different sizes this makes it possible for blind people to determine each note, and very difficult for counterfeiters

Fun fact: After the issuing of the banknotes, a town in the Netherlands dissided to Bild pedestrian and bike bridges to a new developed housing area, that are using the designs of the banknote bridges. So there are real bridges out there, that looks like the ones on the Euro bills.
And Croatia joined the Euro zone at the beginning of 2023. With the exception of Andorra, the Microstates had agreements with France (Monaco) and Italy (San Marino and Vatican), to use there pre-Euro currencies and these agreements continued also in the Euro time. Andorra didn't have such an pre-Euro agreement and had to negotiate the issuing of own Euro coins and the integration in the Euro zone direct with the ECB.

Have a look at the 2 € coins in particular.
There are dozens of different designs in Germany alone.
Each federal state has at least one coin with a famous building.
There are additional coins for certain contemporary "historic" events.
According to his article de.wikipedia.org/wiki/2-Euro-Gedenkm%C3%BCnzen, there are about 400 different designs floating around.

Germany has actually launched a second Bundesländer series, so there's the old 16 2€ coin series and a new one with different monuments from the states. like the 1st series had the Michel for Hamburg and the 2nd has the Elbphilharmonie

The bridges from the first series do exist now. They were replicated in Spijkenisse, Netherlands (Tom Scott: th-cam.com/video/S9E1wsxOSzM/w-d-xo.html,
Anthony Francis-Jones: th-cam.com/video/ZKVg87mJDYc/w-d-xo.html). The bridges in the second series are mostly unchanged, but shown from another viewpoint.

I'm really hoping EU would issue electronic cash soon. Obviously we already have third party apps you can ise to easily pay with qr code or send money with just phone number. But those usually can only be used in few countries or just one. And it's really expensive for mechants.

afaik, there is also one of these banknotes in the usa ... of course only from that 0€ series :-)
these bills are mostly available at tourist attractions and cost a few (maybe 2-5) € each,
or you get them on auctions (ebay etc) for sometimes quite ridiculous prices.
there is also a two-part video about them on youtube (search for "zero euro banknotes", channel Half-Asleep Chris)

In Germany you won't see many if any
    100€ and 200€ notes
as the banks don't give them out often.
I saw my first 100€ notes in Austria
when I got them out of a Geldautomat.
It might be the old bridges
but someone made the bridges for the notes
    in the Netherlands.

I'm sorry that's not true. At least here in Hamburg, you'll get higher denominations at banks. If you ask for them specifically, you'll get them for sure.
