- BMW E87 car crank cannot start. fuse broken, front left fuse box replace fuse and check engine base any wire broken or unusual placement. this will cause car electric flow false and breaking fuse will happen.

Just used this video to solve a starting issue on my e90 320d m47. Changed a 20A yellow fuse in the grey panel in the engine fuse box which had blown and it started immediately.
Good job but camera should not be so close wen filming as we cant see exactly whats going on and compare to our specific vehicles
hey, so I have a similar problem to this, its an intermittent problem, I have changed the alternator and battery and I still have this problem, I send out the ECU and cas and they can't do any test on it and charge me so much, what are you having could that be a fuse problem? the first 10 sec is what I'm experiencing and it takes 5-6 tries to get it started
hi Rifas, if your car crank long, but still can start, it may not cause by fuse. do you try on the camshaft position sensor? if this sensor get fail on function your car may cause to crank long and not start too. this part normally come with P0012 code when you scan on OBD2.

Hi i had my alternator fixed a day ago. After that the car drove only a day and now fails to start. It cranks fine but doesnt start. What can be the problem
If one of the wires for the alternator shorted when the alternator was replaced, then this will happen. double check or redo the installation on alternator. cheers.
Was your fuel pump running with that fuse popped before you replace the fuse

Hi, i have the same problem, my car started and I drove like 10 meters and the motor stopped and now i am not able to start the car. Its only cranking but not starting, do u think It is the same problem as yours?
hi Adham, by first please plug obd2 to read on, if there is no fault codes. please do check the car why cannot start, it may cause by fuel pump faulty also. please do check on your fuel pump fues at front bonnet. if there is a blown fuse, replace and try start run. if it does blown the same fuse again. you need to check where the wires does wrong. wish this can help you. cheers

Hi my car does exactly the same I checked the fuses but all is oky, batterie is fine I have signal on all of my fuses, but it won't start my fuel pump works but I have no spark and it seems that I get no fuel in front (I have the same car as in the video)

My engine does not crank... I just see the electrics come on & it attempt to crank but zero crank????
it might cause by blown of fuses or even others factor too. like starter motor or battery
Hi, i need help with my car problem, the problem is my car crank but won't start, i checked injector signal, there's no signal, i checked ignition coil, there's also no signal, then i checked all fuse and relay, there's no fault. After that i checked all the wiring on engine, there's no problem with the wire harness, lastly i checked the ecm/ecu, i bring it to ecu repair shop they checked no faulty and i pay charge for checking usd60, after that, i try to start again, its still won't start, then i bring the ecm/ecu again to the bmw agent for checking with charge usd100, they also said there's no faulty with the ecu/ecm. I checked the fuel pump its working, i checked the pressure of fuelpump its working perfect. I checked the immobiliser, also no problem, Im still wondering with the problem and why my ignition coil and injector no power and no signal. Fault code on obd is P0341, P101b and P1061 , i tried clear, after a few minutes its appear again, anyone know what the problem? My car BMW 320i E90 2006, engine N46

@@diysignal3107 I'm still can't fix the car, i tried checked at agent, they said if repair need usd5000 they still won't to tell the problem, they also don't know the problem, but they already give the price 🤦♂️
@@H2pentertainmentbn I am not sure if you have same issue as me, in the engine fuse box under the scuttle tray on right hand side there is five fuses in there in a grey box near the ecu. It is a 20A that is broken. Have you looked in there? I changed blue relay it was not that.

wish you fixed your car. others than that if you wanna DIY checking. base on the code you have it related to crankshaft sensor, post 02 sensor and air intake.
I do recommend you try to unplug the throttle body, and unplug the upstream 02 sensor or exhuast manifold to try start.
