Hooking up the John Deere 946 MoCo Discbine and Cutting the First Hay Crop of the Year

Hooking John Deere 4430 to Moco Discbine using 3 point quick hitch, 1000 PTO shaft and using Hydraulic multiplier since the the discbine requires 3 services and the tractor only has 2.

Anything near a PTO you get out of the way. Hay looked good.

Why would you lower the 3 point while its hooked up? The PTO stays clear of the draw bar when its up.

Because when you turn the tractor off the 3 point settles and we wanted to make sure the pto shaft would not hit the hammer strap.
