@@Wertys elaborate what? I'm learning slowly, and I buy them for financial reasons. I think there's a difference between 5 to 8 dollar Japanese manga at kinokuniya and 10 to 15 English volumes at Barnes and noble.

Love the video as usual sage! For a manga recommendation, you gotta get Vagabond by Takehiko Inoue. It’s unreal but unfortunately unfinished. I have the viz 3-in-1s and they’re fine if you’re careful enough with them

I started collecting manga a little over a year ago and I am 411 volumes strong which is pretty impressive if I do say so myself bcs I am from Belgium en it’s not easy to find manga here in stores and if you do find it, it’s pretty expensive.
try reading in French, that's what I've been doing lately. Honestly there are so many benefits to it. The French translation is usually way ahead of the English one, for example Jojo's is fully caught up to the Japanese in French while English is slacking behind at part 5. Many amazing series like Kingdom and The climber are also available in French and not in English.
And last but not least is the price, you can usually find all the volumes you'd want on amazon.fr for around 7 euros which is an absolute steal imo (the volumes are smaller than the English versions though). You get to improve your French as well. Give it a try, It's way easier than you might think, you can always sell it because there's a big market for second hand French manga in Belgium and France
